Went into Staples to get a sheet laminated. The woman waited on me right away. There were no other customers around. When paying for it she asked me for my phone number. I prefer my privacy and demurred. She said their policy required a phone number. After an "exchange" I made up a phone number. I didn't look at the receipt until later. (My fault.) It had the $2.49 charge for the lamination; no problem there. But it also had a 75 cent "Express Guarantee" charge. She did not mention this charge at any time during our transaction. I called the store. They said it is their policy (there's that word again) to charge extra if they do something right away. Otherwise, the woman said, they could take up to six hours to laminate my sheet and I could come back later to pick it up. Needless to say I'll go elsewhere.

I had to print out a 5 page form and received personable help from Alex who was working nearby. If it wasn't for Alex I would've been on Xanax or Zoloft that same afternoon! I'm not computer savvy, I'm a lost soul when it comes to that! I had gone to the UPS store, located in the same Plaza, and got NO HELP. NONE. Nobody was there, I was the only person needing help and the young lady was absolutely no help. GO TO STAPLES DO NOT GO TO UPS in this Plaza.

Incredible service !!! Elijah was a so helpful and friendly with helping me print materials for a client event. Quality was excellent ! If you are ever in a jam and your materials don't arrive, Staples is the place to go. I just hope all Staple stores have someone as kind as Elijah! #Lifesaver

I almost feel bad giving one star because not everybody is like rude and very impatient and definitely doesn’t want to do their job like the way there is this one guy that constantly acts like that so I do feel bad with the one star, but it is warranted for sure I came in at 8:23. I had three boxes two of them were completely labeled. You just scanned the third one. I completely forgot that they actually printed out so I had to pay you know like to use their printer and all that which is fine that takes me like no time at all very efficient… However, with the Temu return , I got so many Temu orders that they wanted me to combined everything and that made it a little confusing and normally especially because I definitely had at least a half hour. At that point normally I would I would figure it out I would you know like definitely like go and do what I came to Staples to do and that is to use UPS But because this one older gentleman manager was working and basically saying like close down registers after you know after you don’t like about the UPS area even though I believe that closes at nine along with the rest of the store but that was directed completely on me so it’s just like I don’t know it’s is it makes it very tough to go there and it’s right near my house which really sucks. I wish it wasn’t. I wish I could go to another one and have a like a reason to, but I don’t even know what the closest one from this one is like maybe in Exton and this one’s gateway. Kind of a loss because of how close it is and I do use Staples a lot for different things especially UPS and the fact they’re open till nine instead of seven like the UPS store so if anybody has any suggestions or anything and does not look at a comment kind of thing but like if there’s any suggestions, I like I have made it very clear to him like that I know I feel like he does not like me and I’m not really sure why And he has no response like that. That’s like enough said the customer service is so bad that he definitely shouldn’t be in this field.I do want to give a shout out to Elias, Danielle and also one heck of a great 21 year old and I forgot to ask his name so I did want to mention that they were all FANTASTIC!

Went to staples today to have a copy made into a poster board. Workers were too lazy to help. They were also very rude. There were 5 of them huddled around a computer, when I finally got attention, they told me they could not make my copy of a greeting card into a poster board. I ended up going to another location who made the copy same day without incident. Avoid if possible, lazy and rude workers

I came here for an Amazon return during my lunch break Friday. I am a dentist, and it is hard for me to step away due to patient’s during the day. The woman working was very rude (I didn’t get a name, she has a patchy hair cut). She let me know that the returns were down, which is fine. But when I asked for further information, she was incredibly rude and short with me. Her attitude was unnecessary. She finally said to come back tomorrow to try to do the return. I came back the following day and the returns are still down. The employee working the following day was at least kind and professional. However, I wasted my time due to the wrong information provided by the previous rude employee.

Visited this place recently to get items for a DIY project, as you entered, you will see the UPS store on your left side and checked with them, and the person was friendly and gave me some suggestions. Then, as I entered the store, staff greeted and went to my section to gather materials, and my items were in stock. They have organized it well and are easy to find.

I went in there today needing help with printing out a syllabus for a class that I’m teaching. I had the nicest ,most professional young man help me his name is Elijah. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was kind, helpful, and patient. So nice to see that in the younger generation.

Great place for my office needs except the employee named Alex at the Copy/Print Center. Always says they're out of laminates and has to send it out to Maryland with turnaround time of 2 weeks. When I speak with anyone else, the turnaround is less than a day. Makes me appreciate those employees more. I’d exclusively use this Staples location for ALL my offices needs if it weren’t for Alex… please do your job, its obvious you don’t want to laminate and thats why you try to deter with price hikes/delays, maybe Staples isnt the job for you. Great place, just do not deal with Alex

Terrible service and selection was limited. They recommend I go on line and buy it.Staples went from a very good retailer to one that will be an online retailer in the near future
