They lost my project for over a year and refused to give me a refund! It was a purse and I easily payed $500 for it. They have a nice selection but not good service I do not recommend.

It looks like they have a great number of options, but I couldn't stay in the store due to an overwhelming perfume stench. If you can handle artificial scent and enjoy needlepoint, I would think it would be a great local resource. If you have issues with artificial scent, or allergies, I would not recommend.They are currently putting in a retention basin in the next lot, but the small front parking lot is open, and they also have more parking in the rear.

I like the items for sale at the Stitch Haus and the two employees with whom I've interacted were lovely and helpful. Sadly, the owner, spoils the experience of shopping here by being unusually cold and unfriendly.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Stitch Haus did a wonderful job creating a special gift for my family at Christmas. I am so grateful for the work they did in such a short amount of time! The employees are so kind and the prices are right! I will definitely be using them for future projects and refer anyone I know to them!

Amazing experience. This shop was my first introduction to needlepoint and it was fabulous. The staff took extensive time to walk me through the canvas and collection. They even showed me different stitches to start with.When the sewing was done they guided me through the finishing process and all the choices.It is a delightful shop with knowledgeable staff and a friendly enviornment.

Cute shop. Hoping they had cross stitch, but they only sell needlepoint. However the one woman who I dealt with was very nice. They had a variety of items that were appropriate for gift-giving as well.

What a wonderful experience we had at Stitch Haus. The place is handicap accessible so getting around was easy. The woman who run the shop are very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to going back.
