Went here to get an apple watch added to our plan. We found Rob and his team to be friendly and helpful. Rob had a depth of experience on the current plans, promotions and equipment. We are grateful for their extra time and assistance provided in setting up our new watch. We observed Rob work with his teammates and we were impressed. We saw him diffuse an angry client, coach a new employee, and help another employee with proper account set-up. He had a calm and factual demeanor. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this store. *** UPDATE *** So we get our first bill and we were getting overcharged $200. Rob told us we were getting a promotion that actually had just expired. Corporate T-Mobile on the 611 number was VERY helpful and figured out how to fix the mistake. Their support is so great, all people here in the US. I'm going to keep the 5-STAR review even though I had to waste an hour of my life fixing their mistake... we all make mistakes, and it was an honest one.

This should be zero star for the service and hospitality provided in this store. Very disappointed services. we tried to transfer account from one of our family members to another. They refused to do that. The staff are very rude and useless. Our decision is to change from T-mobile to another company.

Rob the bigger older man who says he’s the manager absolutely SCAMMED ME. Anytime I walk in this store they look at me like I am bothering them. I came in with an issue with my service not working consistently. He absolutely lied to me and told me he was giving me a free phone and tablet to make up for it and the same issue is happening with the new phone and also the new phone and the tablet are being charged on my bill! Now I am locked into a 3yr deal with service that doesn’t even work and they are just lying to me every time I go back in it is a different story. Don’t even know what to do anymore! Highly advise switching to a different carrier and avoid this store at all cost!!!

Store Manager Rob stayed late two weeks ago to assist me with my daughter's phone just so she can be ready for the first day of school. If you run into this store manager he definitely goes above and beyond!

The guy scammed me. Told me was getting 1000$ off if I did trade in if I switched from Verizon. So he never sent my phone to t-mobile plus I got off only 700$ of not 1000$ I came to store 3 times. Called t-mobile but no one taking responsibility. I lost my phone and paying too much what a shame TMobile. Going back to Verizon.

I do not know why the reviews here are so bad. I come into the store and got immediate help. I came there to cancel my plan but was met with a very nice gentlemen who talked to me about more affordable plans to fit my budget. I walked out of there with a tablet and an iPhone 14. I recommend this place to anyone needing detail on what t-mobile plans have to offer.

I have been a TMobile customer for a long time and my most recent visit was a great experience. Nour and his staff were incredibly professional and courteous. Their main priority was to make sure I was happy and these days that is rare. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

Walked in, wasn't greeted at all. Told the employee I wanted to upgrade my phone, she didn't say anything to me until I kept talking about it. Told me that to upgrade my phone, I would have to add a line to my account. Out of confusion I asked : "add a new line to my account?" To which she replied "well you don't have to use the line." Why on earth would I add another line to my solo account? I don't need two phone numbers. Contacted T-Mobile customer support and they answered everything within minutes and I have my upgrade on the way now without adding any new lines to my account. Avoid this store. Customer service reps here do not care about their jobs nor the customers.

T-mobile Gateway Devon. This is a 3rd party store. We went to get new phones and transfer providers in Aug2022. They tried to upsell a different plan with straight up lies to get a better commission AND typed in the wrong info into the computer without showing us or giving a receipt(email receipt was not itemized). They added another unknown line, sold us the wrong plan trying to take our old phone when that was not part of the promo, and had no common courtesy to ask to look at the phone before going through settings. Bonus is they also ordered the wrong phones to be shipped. Kevin and Omar, sales/Shareef, manager. The T-mobile at the mall (Alex and Chris) is company-owned and fixed all of the problems this one gave us.

I went to this store to trade a phone in for a newer model. They told me no receipts it will be sent later. When I got home started getting text notifications lines were added, insurance on other lines was canceled. What a mess! here the upgrade fee he told me i was paying was a two line activation fee not an upgrade. What a disappointment , just spent an hour with customer service to fix everything. Hopefully they get my trade in.

My visit was a disaster. Kept being told they don’t handle Sprint and I had to go to Mall to get help. I did go, they took care of me and ALL TMobile stores handle Sprint!

Stopped by today at 7:30pm, the store supposedly closes at 8pm. The hours of operation were confirmed on google 4 days ago and all other stores in the area except KOP close at 8pm as well. I came to the door and it's locked, employees are hiding thinking I cannot see them inside! What a scandalous behavior. I'm going to look into an official complain so whoever works here today will reap consequences of such an unacceptable behavior.
