Amber was helpful and was sure I was satisfied with a full tune-up on my X-Cal . Have been using the Gateway store for years for service and also the Wayne store who fitted me properly to my Gravel Bike. They have combined the stores into a new large and better layout . Excellent service .

Fantastic new space! Plus, Tim and Amber were so helpful. I'd lost my key to a bike rack I bought. Tim went out of his way to order a new one for me and Amber was quick to help me with it. Highly recommend!
