About Tribe Fitness Main Line
Tribe Fitness Main Line offers a unique combination of personal and group training designed for maximum efficiency. Workouts are short, typically 25 to 35 minutes, to fit into busy schedules but are intense and challenging, changing daily with a balanced weekly focus. The method delivers twice the results in half the time using coach-assisted sessions. Every workout is completely customizable and modifiable, allowing each member to determine their own limit and make it as hard or easy as appropriate for their ability level and goals. The trainers are motivating and helpful with form, getting to know each member to support their goals. They come with exercise science, physio, or training backgrounds. The atmosphere is fun and supportive, with a sense of community where everyone cheers each on. The clientele is mostly middle-aged adults—a great group of people who are pretty fit and supportive, making it easy to create a habit. Members report becoming their strongest ever, with results including lost inches and strength gains. It provides the results, manageability, and accountability that many have long sought.

I’ve started most of my mornings in the past two+ years at Tribe and it never gets old. Love the coaches, the workouts, and the sense of community. It’s a great balance of strength and cardio and you can’t beat the efficiency of a 30 minute class.

Big fan of Tribe! The community is so welcoming, but the real winner for me is the 25-minute class format. It is the perfect amount of time to push yourself to the limit without burning out or wasting half your day. If you think you don't have time to work out, try Tribe!

Tribe is the best! I have been going for ten years now and have never been fitter. It is fast and super friendly.
