These guys did a great job. They were quicker to respond, actually involved a human being that answered questions and they were less expensive than the better known company.
In the end they actually beat the time they promised. Wish I had started and ended my search with them.

TrueBlue has replaced my windshield twice over the last 5 years given unfortunate encounters with rocks flying on the road. Both times they were amazing with their service. The tech arrived on time and explained things clearly. He did a quick job with great quality. You can't tell the glass has been replaced at all. Cleaned up the car well. I would recommend them any time.

Paul & Jake were great to work with! Prompt, courteous and professional all the way from the initial contact (on a Sunday) and working with us throughout the week to have our windshield replaced that same week. They came to our place of work even to handle the job. Thank You!

True Blue came out and replaced my windshield on my 2016 Corolla. The Technician was friendly, fast, courteous, and gave me all of the "after-care" instructions. The price was fair. I was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but the Tech called me and stated that they had a cancellation, and I could take it if I wanted. After the service, the glass is perfect. I tried Safelite and it was a mistake. True Blue was MUCH better at everything. If I ever need auto glass done, I will only call these guys.

I recently had a small crack in my windshield. After reaching out to True Blue, Paul texted me immediately to organize an appointment. He was thorough and the technician was amazing. They communicated often and did great work. I appreciate the ease in getting everything done quickly and effectively.

My original review remains listed below, but I felt the need to update it. In my 15 years in insurance, I would often be asked where to go to get a windshield replaced. Though I never got a dime or even a gift basket I would often refer folks to True Blue through the years and I know many went there who had good experiences. Having been out of insurance for about a year I reached out about my own glass claim recently and while no one was rude or anything the process was very confusing (and I have done this before for myself and others hundreds of times). After getting different messages and directions I decided to go elsewhere. Maybe it was a blip, but I can't waste any more days waiting to get this figured out. Sorry.

This group does really amazing work. Our insurance customers always speak highly of the skill, professionalism and attitude of True Blue. Scott and his team have often gone above and beyond for people we send their way, something you do not always see these days. If I could go higher then 5 I would. True Blue is a really great locally owned and operated company.

My back windshield broke Saturday. They were able to come Monday morning and fix it. Every other place had much longer waits. They were also cheaper than SafeLite would’ve been. Great customer service!

Really impressed with True Blue. Great prices and even better that they’re 100% mobile.
I left a message Sunday afternoon looking to for a quote to have my windshield replaced. I heard back Sunday evening with a quote that beat out all other competitors (including Safelite) AND had availability the next day.
The the tech showed up on time Monday morning, was professional, and had it all done in under and hour. The quality of the glass was exactly the same as I had before (was previously replaced with aftermarket glass). There is a lifetime warranty for all install and glass quality related issues as well, which is a plus.
Not often do you find a place that has great prices, service, and speed. You typically have to sacrifice at least one, but not here. Hopefully I won’t need a replacement again, but if I do, I’m glad I found True Blue.

Amazing company with top tier customer service. Someone broke into our vehicle and we had a lot of back and forth with other repairs so our initial schedule fell through. But True Blue not only honored their quote for us, but also showed compassion in what we dealt with as a whole. They were able to get a new window and install same day at my fiancé’s job, and the install took less than an hour. I’ve been telling everyone about their service and work ethic ever since. Definitely the best option for any window repair or replacement services in the area.

I got a cracked window while I was on the side of the road with an unrelated car issue. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the car repair store Paoli Auto Repair on Spring Street in Paoli, PA. They did a great job of communicating with me even after hours relating to the repair and I was able to get my chassis repaired while it was at the shop without adding any repair time. Would highly recommend both True Blue Auto Glass and Paoli Auto Repair
