This United States Postal Service location is terrible with a long wait line to be seen by a staff member. Please add 1 more worker. I walked in to have a package shipped but I need a shipping label by my QR code on my cellphone. I've waited in the line in 6th place in line and I got up to 2 spaces in 10 minutes. That's way too long of a wait and I walked out. I avoid this location

I show up to mail a letter and this place is inexplicably closed from 2 PM to 3 PM for lunch. What kind of weird hours for a lunch break is that? And unlike many post offices they don’t have a self service thing out front where you can just buy a simple stamp.

Ever since delivery of mail was transferred from Gladwyne to this post office the carrier will not pick up my mail even when the flag is raised.

The staff is just pathetic af. They try to sell you everything that they possibly can. I have never heard of it that you need to buy a whole roll of tape to seal a small shipping box. They were like it’s normal, they put the tapes at the counter for you to buy. UPS, FEDEX, or any other stores, even usps at a different location sealed that for me before. These lazy az workers should be the ones that got laid off not those corporate workers. Sitting on their az all day and do nothing. Pathetic

This is a really cool Post Office with friendly employees (unlike the surrounding Post Offices). Sometimes it is a little understaffed but still a great place to do business.

At this point, USPS needs to go out of business. I ordered something from SHEIN and it says it was delivered by USPS. Nothing was delivered. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but they have some machine lady on the phone. They delivered my package to the wrong location and i’m not sure how or why. The worst!!!!

Certified mails never delivered to home, always need to be picked up from post office.For some reason, no attempt is made to deliver the certified mails, every time one needs to go to office and collect them.

Terrible customer service by the new person who is at the desk - have been going here for the past 15 years and this is the first time dealing with someone who does not want to help or wants you to actually use the service - very unhelpful and spoke in a condescending way .

I tried to talk with Carmen, but was impossible to understand her. I'm sorry for her problems but in Post Office Customer service must work people without speaking problems.

Extremely rude. Frankie hung up the phone on me when I had a complaint for the negligence in there office. Don't open a P.O box at this location.
