Bobby was great to work with. Having issues with your phone and getting a new one is never a fun process but he made the process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Angelo Seach, a Verizon sales person was superb in his knowledge, gentleness, and much patience with my wife and me. We bought two new phones. No pressure no hype. Just flat out helpfulness. Rarely seen that in my 86 years. I'm a Verizon fan always now after my experience with him.

Monty in Wayne sets a true example for customer service. I came into the store very frustrated with some phone challenges I had had, and he patiently helped me resolve these issues. As a longtime Verizon customer, it means a great deal to have somewhere I can go to receive in person, quick, and friendly support. Keep up the great work!

It is SHOCKING that this place has 4.7 stars (it has 2.9 on Yelp). If you read the reviews and you will see lots of terrible experiences. We worked with two different sales people and BOTH were so nice at first. We were wowed by them! When we got home and uncovered how shady they were, we went back in and they were extremeley hostile and rude. This place is a sale at any cost. I don't have the space to write all the unethical things they did but here are some...not providing us with the boxes (saying we didn't need them though we did!), not providing an invoice, charging us for the wrong items. charging setup fees without asking/telling us there were set up fees (we would have set up ourselves). Do not trust them. Period. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in a business setting in my life!

Just upgraded to iPhone 16 from an Xs. Angelo and team in Wayne were super helpful, despite juggling multiple customers who required serious hand-holding. They cruised through the process and had me on my way. 👍

I recently visited the Verizon store in Wayne PA. I went in with two separate problems. One my iPhone 14 would not send or receive text messages from android phones. The second one was concerning my watch and its cellular set up. I had spent multiple times on the phone for literal hours with both Apple and Verizon to no avail prior to my visit. So my expectations were pretty low given what I had been through already. A sales person greeted me directly and we sat down at his workspace. He told me he was new, but would help me get my problems resolved. I was skeptical to say the least but Adi (I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I misplaced the paper with his information on it.) worked through each issue methodically with a little help from Verizon Tech support and the manager who I believe was named Bob. It took a while due to the complexity of the issues but all was resolved completely. Thank you again Adi and I wish continued success at Verizon.

Most likely you may have good experience with Verizon service but not this store. There is one account manager who told you that’s not true, you will know when you get your bill. And don’t expect to get help from him, all he gives is yelled at and asks you to call their call center to figure it out by yourself! I am not sure if I can mention his name here or not, but he looks like an Asian.

Spoke to a Bob at this location asking why I am being charged for phones when I bought them there and they were suppose to be free when adding a line. Bob was the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with and is not trained on any of the Verizon updates that happen. He yelled at me hung up on me and has no customer service skills what so ever. This location clearly wants to make a sale get there commission and then not assist when you need help. There are people who want to work and Bob at Wayne does not and should clearly not have the job he has. I tried asking for a manager and he hung up on me again. I had to call the Berwyn location to speak to an educated individual who could assist me with my issue. I will not do any more sales at the Wayne location. And advise anyone who goes there not to deal with Bob!

I traded in my phone, and this place did not report the rebate to Verizon! Therefore my rebate has not been deducted from the price of my new phone. It is almost like a fraud!
