“I just purchased my first watch from Andrew. He didn’t just hand me the watch, take my money, and shut the door. He took about an hour to explain how the watch worked, how to set it, told me stories about other famous watches and how they got their name and design. The whole transaction came with an enjoyable conversation loaded with fun facts from someone whose life was spent building knowledge and perfecting their craft. Even his 19 year old son, who I met, is going to school to become a watch maker. It also came with a 1 year warranty. Couple weeks ago the Rolex outlet in KOP told me “There was a wait list” and then did NOT bother asking if I wanted to be put on it. Andrew gave me a price over text and had me in almost immediately. Last thing I’ll mention is that the guy has a sweet spot for veterans ??”
“I was looking to reset my engagement ring and Benari was recommended to us. It was a wonderful experience working with Mindy Kramer. She was very attentive, provided expert guidance and never attempted to "over-sell". She's super friendly with great attention to detail. Definitely recommend her and Benari! “The couple that owns and run this jewelry store in Wynnewood have always been extremely friendly and helpful, particularly in repair matters. I've had my watchbands repaired/replaced here multiple times and am always impressed with the attention they provide. Natasha in particular is very good, she always makes the extra effort to fix something while you are actually there instead of making you come back. My family has purchased multiple pieces at their store and my son got a medical bracelet after the cheap one I'd ordered online from somewhere else had broken. Service is excellent, and they sell good quality materials and jewelry. They will also do appraisals for insurance purposes. I look forward to patronizing their shop in the future.”

There is never any charge for adjustment time & date settings on your time pieces.”

The staff were able to fix it and even though I wasn’t buying an expensive piece of jewelry they still treated me with the upmost respect and kindness and repaired my unreplaceable necklace. “I read some of the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Since there really isn't anyone around the Media area to simply change a watch battery, I went there knowing there might be issues. Andrew, the associate working the kiosk was kind, professional and great at follow up.
I had no idea that my G-Shock Mudmaster was going to be so complicated to replace the battery. It's a very durable watch and is built to withstand a lot of abuse. Andrew explained everything concisely, so there were no surprises, and that my watch might need 2 batteries.
He said it would be 15 minutes so I walked around the mall and when I returned, Andrew said removing the back was more complicated than he thought and he didn't want to damage the watch. He might need a special tool and wanted to consult with his Manager and it would probably be ready the next day. I said no problem and would wait for his call.
Within 2 hours Andrew figured it out and replaced the battery. The watch is as good as new and has a 2 year warranty on the battery.
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Andrew is really knowledgeable and very professional. You can trust him. I have more watches to take to him.”
