The old blonde lady was insulting and did not help me out at all I walked in to withdraw money from my account and she told me she couldn’t help me cause I wasn’t trust this lady needs fired immediately I’ve been a member for many year and all she did was disrespect me and insult me I will be taking my banking some where else if your reading this you were a pig and need fired

I showed up at 4:59, when I entered the parking lot the drive thru light said “open” as I drove around the building they turned it to “closed” I know they saw me. I went to the front door and they locked it as well. Never bank here. They don’t care about their customers. I had a very important commercial transaction to make.

I arrived at 4:59, their drive thru Lane light said "open" as I circled around the building they turned it to "closed" and wouldn't acknowledge my presence. They don't care about customers only about closing time.

Spent $3 to get money out of their ATM. Not given the option of anything other than 20's so pulled around to drive through to break the cash down. You see an older gentleman needed singles and 5's in order to pick up his curbside meal during the CORONAVIRUS outbreak and those supplying the meals desired exact change of $8. I kindly explained that to the teller. But she insisted unless we had an account she would not transact with us. I further reminded her we just spend $3 to get the money out of their ATM!! She said she was sorry that she could not serve non account holders. I have never heard that from any bank. Most wish to serve their community. Way to go Wells Fargo. Yours is the only business NOT cooperating during the Covid 19 crisis.

Excellent customer service. Felt great as a customer. All Wells Fargo branches have been extra nice to me. Especially this one. The branch manager was super helpful.

Poor customer service
