I needed a new battery for my vehicle. The dealership quoted $400! I called Advance, they had my battery in stock, and for half the price! I got a DieHard battery. It took the technician less than 15 minutes to install it! Great service!

Trash. A--hole behind the counter that couldn't give two sh-ts about anything "could only give me a refund on a gift card".Hey a--hole, the people that do have what I need across the freaking street don't take your stupid gift cards. Give me my damn money back. Filing a chargeback!!

On their web site they indicated that they had 2 filters of a specific brand in stock but when I went to purchase them they didn't even stock the brand I wanted.

They usually have the parts I'm looking for. If it's not there they can usually get it there quickly for me. Prices are in line with other auto retailers.
