They quoted a fair price but spent two additional days chasing an issue without a single cent added to the bill. To boot they fixed an unrelated issue with the “snow” button, again, without an additional charge.

“Car breakdown near McConnellsburg, PA, on Friday afternoon July 12. Engine overheated due to leak. Called towing service and left car at Dick’s Auto Repair, keys and contact info in mail box per instructions from customer service. Shop owner called Monday morning, July 15 with repair estimate. Car was repaired and ready to pick up Tuesday afternoon on July 16. The repair & labor costs were reasonable. I was very impressed with the service provided for a small, local and Veteran owned shop. I definitely would recommend Dick’s Auto Repair.”

“Troy, the garage owner, despite having closed his garage for the day answered our late phone call just about as he was closing his doors. We explained the urgency of our situation and he volunteered to stay open to review the situation on his own. Troy was able to address the problem and fix it although it took almost an hour and a half to repair. The best customer service I have ever experienced in an auto repair facility. He did it all with a smile. This shop looks out for you in the most professional and courtesy manner. Highly recommended.”

“Heard of speedy through a friend of mine and am I glad I did. Just had my 02 gt serviced there. Had speedy throw a set of 4.10s in the rear replace bearings etc and fix my exhaust (that was a last minute call he managed to find time for) told me to come in the week of the 18th and it would be done. Dropped the car off Monday and picked it up 9:30 Saturday night he stayed open late and open an extra day for me to get it done and worked with my schedule and family plans. And when I tell you great work, probably the best pricing around the area for that job and a genuine honest person. Even had a set of cats on the shelf for me that I need that I’ll be back for next week since I’m going to Maryland. If you need good quality, extremely fair pricing, good turn around time, and someone who knows what they’re doing he’s your guy. I’m a mechanic myself but for the headache time and money he saved me I will be a return customer. Thank you again speedy for your hard work taking care of your customers and the quality of your work. She runs like a champ can’t wait to get to cruising! Best it’s driven since I’ve owned it.”
