Customer service sucks. I worked in Customer service for 37 years and never would have been rude and condescending as she was. I don't appreciate being treated the way I was, and will be searching for a different bank. Not to mention, there was only one teller and that was all. There had been someone in the office but she left. How do you run a business like that?!

Horrible service!!! I was with BB&T and had no issues but this is the second time my mortgage payment went missing and on top of that customer service claims they have no record of any payment being made tk my mortgage for 3 years and when I looked all my info of payment history to my mortgage was gone!!!! But my mortgage company has proof they received the payments however the last 2 payments were kicked back but the money never went into my account and I was accused of doing something shady even after my mortgage company proved the bank screwed up!!! DON'T BANK WITH TRUIST

Good luck finding an ATM that doesn’t charge you when you’re banking with these clowns. I mean why go here when there are other banks around…just saying.

While waiting for my spouse meeting with financial planner I asked to use the rest room. Bank teller said they don't have one. Nonsense and poor customer consideration!

there does not appear to be ANY benefit to choosing this bank over another(i did not choose them, i was with the bank that was purchased to make this bank and haven't gone shopping for a new one yet) and the staff, particularly the old women of the main street waynesboro branch are some of the most condescending, least helpful tellers i have had the displeasure to work with.

The woman at the drive thru must have been new or something.. said they don’t cash business checks. What bank doesn’t cash checks? Very poor service, Id recommend any other BBT/Truist over this one.

Every time I try to do some thing at this bank it as if fiasco. I have an escrow account and try to get them to pay my taxes and they didn’t know how to do it. I once again went in to pay my taxes and they said I didn’t have an escrow account. It’s everything!
