I have waited three weeks for a prescription to be filled. When I called to find out what the hold up was, I was told the MD's office hadn't written it correctly. Clarification of this showed the pharmacy wasn't reading the order correctly. When I called to inquire as to when my RX would be ready, I was hung up on by the pharmacy staff.

Horrible customer service. Never have prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

UPDATE: This pharmacy was scheduled to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to Quincy Village residents, a senior living community. CVS pharmacy personnel didn't show on the day of the vaccination clinic nor did they call. When the QV director finally got in touch with someone from the pharmacy, she was told the personnel "got COVID." QV residents are locked into a contract so now they are not getting vaccinations in accordance with their priority scheduling. My father changed to this pharmacy when he recently moved to the area. Except for one of many visits, he encountered the following: the staff said meds would be ready and then he waited up to 45 minutes for them to tell him they were still not ready, the staff is too busy to answer the phone, the staff is flippant and patronizing, and the dosage was wrong on one of his prescriptions. Thankfully, he noticed the difference on the bottle and called the doctor. My father is elderly and cannot stand for long periods of time. Spending more time in a pharmacy environment during a pandemic is obviously problematic as well. If you have any other options, I strongly recommend going to another pharmacy or CVS branch.

I only deal with the pharmacy at this location but when I do it's always a problem they're always slow moving around or the simple fact they are just plan rude mainly the female pharmacist Caucasian with dark hair and her assistants following right behind her with the rudeness , example I get multiple things and get no bag , you may speak to them they don't speak back as in a greeting or they won't have no business but still take a while to come

Quite possibly the worst CVS in the tri state area. Always have an issue with getting prescription on time. Even when it's supposed to have been ready.

Overall, this pharmacy is awful, it is despicable, and most often you are going to wait ridiculous amounts of time for your prescriptions. What motivated me to write this review, however is completely different from the pharmacy in general. I would just like to give credit where credit is due: when going in today at 4:45pm to p/u a prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM - I was immediately told that the pharmacy was extremely backed up and it wasn't ready. This individual told me they were going to expedite the prescription, and that it should be ready shortly. As there was quite a few number of cars behind me, I decided to simply get back in line, then once I got to the drive-through window again I was told the same thing. Again. So, back in line I go.... however this time when I get to the window.... I see a different employee working the window. Her name was Jordan, she smiled nicely, and said that there was a prescription, but it wasn't ready just yet... But that she could go and count them out real quick and have it ready in no time. Literally 30 seconds later she comes back to the window with the prescription. Jordan - I want you to know that what you did today was noticed, and I hope your colleagues strive to be like you... I called and spoke with Maggie - hopefully you'll get a raise. Who knows.

Waiting in line at the drop off for 15 minutes. 5 of those minutes standing right at the counter as a tech stands behind it inches from my friend and I, not even an acknowledgement. I'm a fellow pharm tech and this place is just unacceptable. The customer service is more than lacking.

The pharmacy often times takes a long time to fill prescriptions. Despite leaving prescription orders and returning later, they have often not been filled.
