After moving to the area mid-COVID, finding a new nail tech wasn’t at the top of my list. However, I was hesitant to start the search because the nail tech I left behind was nothing short of amazing. I worried about finding someone who could match her quality and meet my level of perfectionism—it felt like a daunting task.
Enter Helen. From my first appointment, it was clear that she was not only incredibly talented but also incredibly detail-oriented and creative. As someone who is OCD about certain things, Helen caters to my needs perfectly, without knowing it. She consistently checks in with me throughout each appointment, making sure every detail is just right. I’m often left in awe at how detail-oriented she is, especially when I bring in reference photos. The way she captures even the smallest details is refreshing and nothing short of appreciated. If there’s ever a question of length, design, color, etc., Helen always makes sure she understands what my needs and expectations are before proceeding. Her ability to blend honesty with kindness when giving feedback on my design ideas is something I truly value. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands, and she’s the only person I’ll go to and trust with my nails.
Now, as much as I adore Helen and her work, I do have one minor con to mention: the wait time. 99% of the time, I find myself waiting about 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. It’s not a deal-breaker for me, but it does require some extra time management on my part. I’ve recommended Helen to several friends, and while they’d undoubtedly love her, the wait time is something they’d likely find challenging.
Overall, I’m so glad I found Helen. If you’re looking for a nail tech who’s meticulous, creative, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend booking with her—just plan for a little extra time!

Called ahead to make an appointment and arrived on time. Signed in, sat and waited. And waited. No one even acknowledged me. After awhile, I left. I value my time and money. If you don't, your competitors will.

The guy did very good work on my nails, but they really don't talk to you and always have earbuds in. The work is really good but it's also not the cleanest. It's a good place to go if you don't have other options.

I was incredibly disappointed in my past visit. I have an ingrown toe nail that was cut out a few weeks before my visit, when I told them to just leave it multiple times they continued to dig at it (so painful). They ended up cutting me it took and hour to stop bleeding. I left with polish all over my toes and food it looked like my one year old did it. It was a 45$ pedicure I left a cash tip (even when they didn't deserve it) then look at my card charges I find they add their own tip after the fact. I was really disappointed I used to really like them in the last couple times I've gone, it has not been up to par.

Been going to this nail salon for 10 years for acrylic nails and pedicures. Tried other places on occasion while traveling over the years but usually need to go back to Elite nails to get repairs or new set. Highly recommend deluxe pedicure for a special treat.

They do a really good job on nails and toes. I have not had a bad experience and I’ve been going there since I was 12 years old. Their prices are the best for everything they do there.

First and last visit here. I am looking for a salon closer to home and this isn't it. My nails are rounded when I asked for them not to be, cut my finger-she did apologize, and the gel manicure, done by a second person, feels like I have chicklets on my fingers. They were nice.

Refills are $45, pedicure is $35. They are good with kids too.

Absolutely loved it here I went with my best friend and I got acrylics in almond shape along with a cow design and my man's initial. My friend got her acrylics off and got a pretty lavender color with her fiancé's initial and we couldn't be more happier. Definitely coming back
