Mr. William Arnette, The Credit Pros. Representative, was great doing business with him! He is a very informative, and courteous representative! He was kind enough to wait on me to give him the needed information! And encouraged, me to go at my own speed which helped me greatly! I am looking to go though The Credit Pros program as soon as I can!

The staff at Dollar general was not trained to do Fed Ex. The person was rude. Won’t go back there!

They need to have a sign on the store front, indicating they are a shipping site for FedEx. I didn't even think of it being in a Dollar General. Customer service was good.
