They were extremely helpful. My tire was deflated and lugnuts were bad. They were able to get my new tires ordered and installed the very next day. They were also very accommodating to my schedule, and made sure I was in and out in no time. They also thoroughly explained all work, other issues found, and additional work that would need to be completed. They were open and honest about the pricing for all work and future expenses. I 10/10 recommend and will be taking my vehicle back to them for any future service needs.

I stopped by Hammer Down Customs on December 12, 2025, to order tires and had a great experience. The shop is very clean and well organized, and they have plenty of demo items on the showroom floor that they sell and install, which is a huge plus.
The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional. They clearly explained the process, told me they’d call as soon as my tires came in, and said they would work with me to schedule an installation appointment that fits my schedule. No pressure and great communication throughout.
Highly recommend Hammer Down Customs for tires and professional service.

I needed a PA.vehicle inspection. Called other shops in the area and I would have had to wait 7-10 days. I stopped in at Hammer Down and they took me right in. No appointments needed and was driving off within 25 minutes. Great job and highly recommend Hammer Down.
