I went to this salon with my boyfriend’s sister because they said they offer builder nails, and she wanted to try them. Right off the bat they tell her they can do them, but once she gets in the chair they sway her not to do them and that she should just do a fill. I had been waiting about 20-30 minutes, (which is fine we were walk-ins) but then they took someone before me that got there after me. We tried to make an appointment the day before and today, but nobody answered the phone. The man took me and I showed him a photo of what I wanted and asked if they could do it because it looked like a difficult design. It seemed like it was fine to do so we got started. The shape and length was perfect and he was super gentle, but then he kept filing them down more and more. He also didn’t compare the nails together when he was clipping them, just eyeballed it? After he finished the shape he asked me if I wanted to do all black, and then I was like oh no I want to do this design. (I had the picture on my phone setting out the whole time facing him). He shows the picture to the lady and she laughs and goes “no.” Then I said we can just do a black french tip. He painted the nail a pinkish nude with one coat and as I was drying he said he’s gonna let me dry and then go? I don’t know what the last part he said was, but then the lady came over to finish me. She filed my nails AGAIN, and left the one coat of nude. She goes in with the black sloppily, then when she goes in with a thinner brush (she grabbed this and wiped off the residue with a napkin or towel) and practically paints half of nail black. They were thick and not centered. She was about to put the clear coat on and I told her to just paint them all black. She seemed a bit upset by this, which is fine she did do all the nails when I said that and that’s my fault. I just can’t stand up for myself and deeply regret that, we should’ve left when they said they wouldn’t do builder nails. She rushed painting my nails all black and it looks horrible and sloppy. It looks like I did my nails at home. I have never experienced such an unprofessional place ever. Also I had to pay $47 for mine and my boyfriend’s sister had to pay $32-$34 for hers. They put regular nail polish on hers and made her air dry because they didn’t have a navy blue in gel, and made her air dry!! Her nails smell awful, and they got polish all over her fingers and hand, but didn’t cover her nails completely. Do not go to this place ever!!!

I had my nails filled. They rushed and didn't even take all the old color off of my nails all the way. They don't look good at all. I will have to find someplace else to go. Not worth going here again even if it is cheaper.

I asked for an ombre from red to black and even provided a refrence picture. I can't explain how disappointed I am. If they couldn't do an ombre I wish they would of told me because now I'm stuck with this. Go anywhere else!

Please read the reviews before going..
I got a full set, my nails were rushed because they were short staffed with appointments back to back. My polish (gel) came off of two fingers the day after it was done, over the next day more of my polish was starting to bubble and peel off. I’m so disappointed, it definitely wasn’t worth it in the end. :( if I could give zero stars I would.

It was really a weird and stressful situation we called ahead of time asking how much a fill in was and I was told $27 for regular polish and $32 for gel polish. When we arrived , they didn't ask what we wanted to do for our nails like any other place would . The nail tech kept telling me my hand was not close enough for him and then when it became time to do color he finally asks what I would like to do for nails and I showed him a simple glitter French nails picture he then showed the lady that tells me it's gonna be an extra $10 ish dollar for French on top of $27/32 or just the $27/32 for regular full nail color . They were extremely rude with this whole thing and honestly it's crazy to charge extra for French tip when I have went everywhere else for French without having to pay extra ! When I finally decided to go with another opportunity that I ended up having to pay $32 for even tho it was regular polish used , they didn't put a base color on just the glitter and top color and so rough . It's not worth it going here they need to fix their outrageous prices and better customer service!

Very poor service.....cuticles not cleaned up or nails shaped. No hand lotion or massage of the hands for a full dip manicure!!... color is smeared all on the tips of my fingers. 20 minutes and charged 35.00!! Horrible!! Will never return

Most unfriendly place that I have ever received service. No one spoke to me even when I entered, they just pointed to a chair. Their place is very small with outdated appliances and supplies, and dirty. No music and one tv placed where only the employees could see it. They put some gel remover on my toes that burned like crazy. Never again!!Services: Acrylic nails

I’m usually pretty considerate of nail salons considering i understand it’s not the easiest service, but they were so careless. At first they were nice and everything was fine but my acrylic was uneven, and bulky and then they didn’t even paint my whole nail. They painted up on my cuticle and then they charged me more than the lady next to me who got a more expensive manicure than me.
