I wish I could give zero stars. I have been fighting with t mobile for months because they’ve been over charging me. Every employee at this store understands the situation and has respectfully agreed that I have been over charged and T mobile owes me money. The employee who had provided me with incorrect information has since been fired due to their negligence related to my account and I assume multiple others.T mobile owes me at least $1,000 and no one has taken then initiative to help me get my money back. And in the mean time they expected me to continue to pay for service and for the equipment I currently have.Well fun fact. I went to Xfinity mobile 2 weeks ago. Got the same about if devices and lines for half the price I was paying at t mobile. In addition, I canceled my acct with t mobile. They expect me to pay them the over due balance on the acct and for the devices I currently have in my possession. I’ve made it very clear that I will not be giving t mobile any more of my money until the proper adjustments are made to my acct. apparently that is too difficult for them to understand or take initiative to fix.2 weeks in with Xfinity mobile and I have already been credited for being over charged without me even noticing or having to ask.T mobile is a nightmare and everyone should just run.

I have been in multiple times only 1 person is helpful which is why you got 2 stars I have been calling for the past half hour and I'm getting hung up on... all wanting to know if my phone arrived. So annoying.

Was there for 4 hours which didn't bother me but....Not all my stuff transfered to my new phone and when I went to ask for help they said there was nothing they could do about it. I don't know why they didn't check to make sure everything transfered OK before completely clearing all the data on my old phone but sure why not? Also, they said I wasn't allowed to keep my old phone when apparently I could've? Also they charged my card $8 for a tracker but in the mail I ended up getting 3 of them and my account was charged $120 for them which they never mentioned would happen? And I still don't know how much the total of my phone will cost because they could only give me the cost of the monthly price... I'm just upset :(

The sales rep with the last three digits 347 needs training. They are incompetent, forcing to enter installments instead of paying at the store, not explaining prices, ordering incorrectly. I wouldn't risk going here.

Had an issue (battery/charger port) with my son's iPhone13. I was able to get an upgrade (14 pro max) for him, so he won't miss a beat with his current job. Customer service was outstanding. The representative was very knowledgeable and quick. I've always been very happy with Tmobile.

Was getting my phone replaced on a warranty there. Was in and out at a decent time. I feel for the employees who got nasty customers two times while I was there. But the staff handled them well.

We switched from sprint to tmobile in Dec. Was promised my bill with everything including a 3rd line would be 170.00. IT HAS NEVER GENERATED A BILL FOR 170.00. We have had to call every month or stop into the store which is a joke to get help. Everytime it is a different answer. We had to cancel the 3rd line. The manager promised to follow up and correct it so we didn't have to worry every month. That never happened. I'm over t-mobile ?. Save your headaches and go somewhere else.

I've interacted with 4 of the people here and they're all excellent. I was sold on switching to T-Mobile after 5 minutes. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees in this store would be hard to overstate. Side note, I love my service now(came here from boost)

Stopped in to replace a damaged phone and ended up saving over $80/month while adding an extra line and network enabled tablet! Very happy with the staff that helped me!

Had an issue with some settings, Hannah was attentive and helped me through the issues. This is the only location within 25 miles that are actually friendly, and sincerely care about the service they provide.

Josh has always been absolutely amazing whenever it comes to helping me with my phone. No matter how silly the question or need he's always been incredibly kind and patient. T-Mobile needs more Joshs!
