The atmosphere in there was not pleasant..all of the employees were in their own little world. Not even a thank you ..have a good day..nothing..not even a smile. Pretty sure I won't be returning.

Don't get me wrong I have no issues with the food or staff here, both are impeccable. I did, however, get completely cussed out by a woman who took personal offense to me giving the recommended Covid distance to her and the guy beside her. Nope, it was aimed just at her. Absolutely. You got me there, I've been found out. I absolutely do not want to have Covid again and my mother didn't just have surgery recently so I wanted to be extra cautious! That's not it at all! Also, the location doesn't take the coupons that they publish in the local papers.

The place could be remodeled. The food was ok, but could be better. Service is ok. It is a subway, you don't expect too much from a subway. What you see is what you get.

My biggest issue with this location is the lack of participation in the promotions and coupons. As a franchisee, that is your choice, but I often go somewhere else as a result.Also, in my past four (4) visits I've had mistakes with my food (wrong bread, missing ingredients). I will say the employees are always rather nice. But the overall customer experience is very poor at this Subway.

They don't take any coupons or participate in deals on the mobile app so I never go here.Aside from that the staff is nice and store is clean.

Unprofessional place. I waited almost an hour for my mobile order. I was patient and waited but left when they were just standing around aimlessly when they could’ve been doing my order. Do not order here.

Please add the option to tip with card at both Waynesboro locations and give the employees raises. They do a great job. It might upset some of the locals, but who cares? It will still mean more tips for the employees from those of us who understand hard work and know what good customer service looks like.

Please add the ability to tip employees when paying with card to both Waynesboro locations. I know it will annoy some people, but who cares because it will still mean more tips for the employees from people who don’t carry cash and know what good customer service looks like. Also, give them raises.

The employees working Monday 9/5 were great. Very nice and fast despite working in a 100+ degree restaurant on a holiday.
