so danm unhelpful, like actually, even if you don’t know how to help you should provide resources and such to try and help the customer though what they need,I explained to her how apple told me to go to the atnt store and how none of the atnt numbers brought me to any resolve, so I came in, and walked out disappointed

I went into Waynesburg Pa ATT to ask about an Apple Watch.Truly knew nothing about them .. What wonderful staff the store has.. So patient and supportive explaining everything . Not only about the watch but right down to the cost added onto my account.. Thank you Kassandra B.. and the other Sales rep.working yesterday . Oct 17 th.. what a helpful and nice guy , Great team work !! Love my watch.. wonderful

Zack, the manager at the AT&T Store was patient, informative, and very skilled. Our visit was surprisingly pleasant and his skill had us leaving in a timely manner and we were well satisfied.

Online hours show open till 7PM and paper on door says open till 7PM and yet it’s 5PM on a Wednesday and nobody’s home. I understand Covid and all that but at least update the hours or something. This is not how you stay in business.

I bought a Samsung g51 in feb, 2021. I had problems with the phone from the start. mostly, when I left the house I did not have any service. my 4g phone was running on the 3g level. now, ATT has told me I will be getting a s10e as a replacement phone. this new phone has not arrived yet, was ordered 14 days ago. even the order number that ATT gave me is wrong. seems to me that if they want to keep customers happy they should replace my phone with one on the same level or higher. but no, I will be getting an older refurbished phone. I m seriously thinking about leaving ATT totally. I would miss my trips to the ATT store. the Mgr there should be promoted
