Patricia at service was very helpful. My car broke down mid afternoon on the interstate and it was towed to Bortz. I was especially worried as I’m travelling with pets I couldn’t easily remove from the vehicle. Patricia was very empathetic and accommodating, and the team had my car fixed in about 90 minutes (bad ignition coil).Thank you very much for getting us going quickly and safely. I won’t likely return as I’m from out of state but I hope this review helps others decide to bring you their business.

I purchased my new Chevrolet Trailblazer at Bortz in July. I had a wonderful experience. Very fair pricing and no surprise charges or fees. Would HIGHLY recommend!

On 11/13/2020, my family and I were on our way to Pittsburgh Airport to take my wife’s Uncle for his return flight home. Our tire light came on so we exited I-79 in search of some place to get it looked at. We seen Bortz Chevrolet, so we pulled in. We were kindly greeted. Told them our issue and they took it right in. Didn’t ask what we drove or anything. They fixed the tire and got us on our way. The lady at the service counter( sorry didn’t catch her name) was super nice. T

I needed a good car quickly and I couldn't spend a lot. A co-worker let me know about Lloyd Miller and Bortz Chevrolet. Lloyd found me the perfect pre-owned car that I could afford. I was in and out of there quickly and painlessly. Everyone is so friendly, genuine friendly, not fake friendly. I am very pleased with my whole experience at Bortz! I tried to buy a 2018 LTZ Duramax Truck that Bortz Chevy had posted on their website for sale price of $57,737 which was originally $68,515. It was marked down $10,737. I drove the vehicle and loved it, was ready to sign the paperwork. When I sat down with the salesman, Lloyd Miller, and began negotiating the final deal, he quoted me a much higher price of $61,000. When I questioned him about the internet price he stated that the price on the website must be a mistake and that this happens to him all the time. In my opinion if it happens all the time then it probably is not a mistake, rather shady business practices on the advertising department. I don't think it was the salesman's fault, but rather the management. I was still going to buy the truck but could not get a fair trade-in for my vehicle. Bottom line is I went to Premier Chevy, Buick, GMC in Morgantown, WV and got $3,250 more for my trade-in and was able to buy a much nicer GMC Duramax for the same monthly payment. Chet Cogar, 7-6-18

My wife and I worked with Lloyd Miller on April 18th to purchase a newer vehicle. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we had a very pleasant day and fast transaction. We highly recommend seeing Lloyd if you are in search of a quality vehicle at a great price. We are very pleased with our purchase of the 2013 Explorer XLT . May not be a Chevy but still a fantastic vehicle. Thank you Lloyd and Jonathan also for a super fast day.
