“I would like to recognize Assistant Manager Jacob for his friendliness and extreme helpfulness in helping me find a missing package that I had dropped off at this store on 4/23/24 to ship out Fedex. I had talked to the store manager 2 weeks ago regarding this and she was very rude and not helpful at all and blamed it all on Fedex. Jacob actually found my package on 5/13/24 as it was still at the Dollar General store. Thank you Jacob! You deserve to be Manager!”
