“These guys are pretty good. They do their best to make adjustments. The people in the office are kind, especially since customers can be frustrated at times. The staff are nice and professional too. I think the USPS in general,at the higher level, can do something to make package arrival dates more reliable but that's not staffs fault. Good experience overall”

“I never had any issues with this post office. The workers are friendly, and the package drop off is smooth. It’s definitely my favorite post office to visit. I visit this post office every week, sometimes multiple times a day. I believe all the negative reviews are misleading.”

“Helpful associates that answer the phone when you call, unlike some other locales. Willing to help and look into delivery issues when they have every opportunity not to. Delivery mailmen/women are always polite and moving to get everything out as fast as they can. My mail is sometimes my neighbor's and vice-versa but with so many houses crammed together it's expected.”

“I must say their service, is rather excellent for being a main hub post office.
You have to give in to Factor that Hazleton PA is overcrowded now. And for the limited staff that they have I must say they do an excellent job. The lines are rather long, but again that is not their fault. As a local business owner, and consumer I can see why some people gave a low rating. However, I think it is justified based on hazleton's population.”
