Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lehighton-Jim Thorpe, PA is a very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are fantastic, with amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and free WiFi. Some rooms feature an enjoyable hot tub. The hotel is quiet, and room service comes daily. Other facilities include a clean pool and a separate hot tub on the first floor. A good free breakfast is served every morning, including on weekends. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 12:00 PM. The staff is incredible, amazing, and some of the best, making guests feel welcome and prioritized. They are delightful, polite, sweet, kind, wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. The hospitality is unmatched, with employees noted for being extremely kind, flexible, and helpful, even in unexpected situations. This level of service makes the entire experience something expected from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is also close to Beltzville State Park. Many guests state they will definitely stay again and recommend giving it a try.
Rooms were more comfortable than the Hilton we stayed in the night before. The beds were not as comfortable, tho. That's the only reason it did not get 5 stars

Fantastic and clean hotel! The staff are amazing, special shout out to Alecia at the front desk for being super kind and friendly! Every employee made us feel incredibly welcomed during our week long stay. Our room was tidy and clean and never had a single issue the entire time. Highly recommend staying here.

Place was amazing. Linda at the front desk was so friendly and pleasant. The place is newly renovated. The carpet still smells new. The floors walls and everything were amazing. We slept so good we had a great visit to the area and staying here made it so much more. Thank you Linda.
