“My experience at John’s shop was very satisfying. Over the phone he was very easy to talk to and understanding. Previously, I had a diagnostic done at a dealership regarding a check engine concern. Without an appointment, John set aside time to review the recent inspection. On the spot, he troubleshooted and fixed half of the underlying issue at no cost. I offered to pay him for his kindness and he declined. At the very least I wanted to put in the good word. Honest man, does good work, worth a try. 5 stars all day.”

“The guys from San-Du were super helpful and very friendly too. I came out to what I thought was just a dead battery so I called AAA. I received a call soon afterwards from San-Du saying they would be there in a few minutes. Turns out I had some rodent damage to my battery so it needed to be replaced. It wasn’t urgent so they returned the next day to my home and replaced the battery for me. The price seemed reasonable too. I really appreciate their assistance.”
“We were 250 miles from home when the coolant system on our minivan started leaking and we overheated. Being Labor Day weekend, we knew we were in a bad situation. Jamie, owner of Route 6 Autoworks, was highly recommended by locals as someone who may be able to help us. I called and left a message, and he quickly called back. He delayed leaving for his own family vacation, and opened his shop just to help us. Jamie quickly diagnosed the issue, got parts, and did the repair.
