Your phone system is terrible to get thru to a human, I don't want to leave a msg and in an hour someone to call me back. Such a waste of MY time

Living a message is not the way if somebody is sick and looking for answer simple question about availability of medicine ,specially when every minute can count. Bad buisness.

Not very friendly to out of town guest to get a prescription filled. Sending my family all over town to see if another pharmacy has it. Then find out they had enough for one dose until truck comes in the next day. Poor customer service.
