Employees are kind and easygoing, every time I go here it's in and out with a smile. I have never had a problem with slow mail times or anything even shipping from my mailbox.

Paying extra for signature delivery is pointless when your carrier refuses to knock for said signature. Scheduling redelivery is pointless when your carrier decides to not adhere to said re-delivery schedule.

Don’t expect to get your delivery on time. They deliver when they feel like it or they lie about why they can’t deliver your packages. Very poor service

I had 1 package delivered to the wrong address and one package disappear from their facility this is a government run agency and should be investigated . I know of 7 other people with similar claims .hmmmm?

Terrible. Worker refused to wear a mask around my mother who has heart conditions. I was extremely offended and will NEVER go there again.

I do not live in Wellsboro, but called to trace a package I had delivered to my son's house. i spoke to Viki, who was considerate and went the extra mile to help me. Their tracking skills appear up to date and excellent.
