Can never reschedule anyone its always leave a message. Never get a call back. Was lied to specifically by Ross. Can never reach a supervisor. They do not deliver what they promise in the contract. Only 1 csr and she dodges the issues. Have to fight for a credit when service is down. IT can never figure out the problem. Just overall poor service

My friend lois burgess has your service and it is absolutely awful. She very seldom has internet service at all in the evenings. She pays for her service monthly and can not use it. She has called many times to try and get this issue addressed and finally was told if she continued to complain she would have her sevices shut off. She now has to use a hotspot to have wifi and internet. I'm doing my best to talk into canceling her service. I would never ever ever in this life time pay for services from this company. If you are smart you won't either. I hate that even have to give them 1 star i wish i could give them a negative star.

A lot of outages, customer service is great but system I think is flawed. They really need to do something about the outages or I'm finding a new provider.

They have NO problem taking $80/month from my bank accounts but my service is constantly so bad that we can't play Destiny 2 (a video game) w ithout the game warning me about my horrible internet speed.

I think they are permanently closed! Nobody answers the phone ever and they don't return messages or answer emails the main email bounces back as undeliverable!

Love that this service is local and they do respond quickly BUT I do lose service a lot. At least once a week. That is their only downfall. That is why I'm only giving them 2 stars.

. It's not in my name it's in my roommates and we had them use my card once and after repeatedly calling and telling them to take the card off I still get charged. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone

I've had Indigo Wireless since I moved up here Oct. 1, 2004, and Goodies For Our Troops has had Xtreme Indigo in downtown Wellsboro since you started it. Can't say how pleased I've been with both and especially with your Customer Service folks and Tech Support for phone and Internet! You're blessed with some of the best anywhere, and I surely do appreciate all their help when I've messed something up! You're THE BEST!!!!

I find the staff at the Wellsboro office to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I stop in for help, I leave with a smile on my face.
