“I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”
“Came in with no appointment for m 2006 grand marquis that had a charging issue. They had it fixed in 24 hours. I could not be any more happy with the service I received. Thank you, Rich’s. 5 stars !”
“We found Golden Gate detailing and liked that he was local. I had a company vehicle with tons of sticker residue left after decals were removed. Jordan was able to get all of the adhesive and dirt cleaned and the car looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I worked with Berks Auto Collision through my insurance. Berks Auto was top tier in communication, timeliness, and craftsmanship. It was a long process dealing with the insurance but when it came to the physical repairs and client relationship, Berks Auto exceeded my expectations. I will use them in the future if needed and would recommend them to anyone in need of car repair. Janelle and Josh go above and beyond to answer questions and are honest folks in my experience.”
“Great place ! Clean and friendly. Had a short conversation with Jeremy about the Mister car wash in Florida and how much nicer the one in Ephrata is. Jeremy was awesome. Give that man a raise !!”
“Best drive through car wash based on quality of wash and the dry. Free vacuuming also. Detailing seems rushed and a lack of attention to detail exists depending on the employee.”
