“I've been going here for years . This is exactly what the name implies . U pull it. It's not their job to cater to you other than give you prices . Read a lot of cring on here about them not knowing inventory. It's a junk yard. And scrap yard they scrap the old inventory as new comes in. So if you e pect the self intitled you owe me attitude . Keep looking elsewhere . If your to lazy to look and have a small adventure ,that's all on you.. it's a U Pull it yard come as it is and what you find. Keep up the excellent variety of junkers that come In . And btw the yard is at the mercy of your junkers dying and keeping it going ..have a nice day .. I'lleave a box of tissues for the faint hearted pretty boys and girls not willing to go the extra mile or steps to get what you need. Buy it new if your that big of a cheap oooo .”

“We were on our way home from purchasing a new semi truck from Peterbilt of Ohio and was approximately 70 from them and had DEF problem occurring and we could not get the truck into a forced Regen we googled for the nearest Peterbilt service shop to us and we drove over to them about 7 miles once we arrived and talked with service advisor explaining our problem himself and a service mechanic even though they were short handed stopped and dropped everything and took care of us at that moment fixing the problem with fast and knowledgeable know how never telling us we had to wait for hours and hours since we were 380 plus miles from home. You guys and your company are indeed TOP notch hands down. Thank you two drivers in need of help.”

“l had a scheduled oil change done and it went very well. I had asked them if they would rotate the tires on my truck, front to back...*IF* the back tires had better tread than the front. I explained I had front wheel drive, and therefore wanted the tires with the best tread, up front. They came and told me the tires with the best tread were already on the front so the tires were left in place. Only problem is... It was my mistake. My truck is *rear* wheel drive. They should have known this and the tires with the better tread should have been rotated to the back.”
