The lady with the purple hair (sorry I don't remember her name) and Jack who did my taxes are very professional and personable. However, I think for customers that use Jackson Hewitt either every year or almost every year should get a discount. I've been with Jackson Hewitt for several years and still paid over $400 in fees. You'd probably get more customers if your fees were less

Hands down 5 stars go to the Text preparer who took care of me on 05/08/2023 @ 12noon. Right on time and took her time to help me in every way possible.Hat tip to her, for a job well done.Give her a raise and be sure to keep her for years to come.Just my thoughts.
