The worker was extremely rude while checking me out today. I expect to give my ID when buying alcohol from a grocery store but the comments like “Oh this is a real ID?!” and “Is this a REAL ID?” followed by rude sighs and disbelief even after it was scanned was absolutely ridiculous.

I was there a few weeks back a very nice gentleman in the floral department named Brian made a floral arrangement for my mother he was helpful and really knew his craft . So we went through look at flowers and he made a beautiful arrangement she loved it . So for Valentine’s Day I called today and asked for him the manager Jess said he now works in produce . Jess was going to help me but I did not want her I wanted the gentleman. Why is when you find someone good somewhere these days that do a fantastic job are moved around the store . He was fantastic however I will not be going there now .

Staff can be fairly rude. If I'm going to pay Wegmans prices I'll just go to Wegmans.
Absolutely zero reason to go here for alcohol when Goshen Beverage Center is right next door.

The cashier charged me an extra $60 on my card from the people behind me. Luckily those people caught it ran out and paid me the extra money that was charged. The staff did nothing to find me and according to the nice people the cashier didn’t even try to do anything to fix the issue and basically said “oh well”, to note I had literally just left its not like I was in my car. I will never go back to this acme ever again.

Honestly the worst managed ACME Markets in the greater Philadelphia area! Their sales app works only if you clip your coupons over 1 hour before your transaction (even the employees say the app is awful). Sales will not ring up on first or last day of sale consistently. As far as the store is concerned, the employees are usually in bad moods, there is never any manager working in the evening, or some kid that has no power to take any returns (they tell you to return in the morning). Their produce is super sketchy and rotten a lot of the time, and I’ve had to return lettuce bc there were tiny slugs in them. If you buy their 5 gallon water exchange or soda stream, the employees won’t know how to ring it up and need a manager that isn’t working that time of day. The store is old and needs a major overhaul. What a disaster of a store.
