It is no mystery why these guys have all 5 star reviews! Incredible work and stellar communication. It’s rare to find people who actually care about their customers and want to perform good work nowadays. I had a really faulty windshield replacement done by Safelite that resulted in horrible wind noise and other damaged parts. The team here was able to figure out exactly what Safelite did wrong and resolve the issue. They really went above and beyond in every part of the transaction. I’m so pleased with my experience, start to finish, that I will never recommend another auto glass business. 10000/10, customer for life!

Anthony and his partner are the best. When Anthony heard I couldn’t drive due to surgery, he came to me and replaced my windshield and passenger side glass. Appreciate it so much. Everything went smoothly and customer service was above and beyond.

I’d be hard pressed to find a company that cares as much about their craft as Anthony Volk Glass does! Anthony and Patti made everything seamless from my first call, taking care of my insurance claim, to getting me in for a replacement the moment my windshield came in. They took care of everything and were so wonderful! Anthony is a true professional who truly cares about his customers!! Thank you!!! My car was busted into; I was beyond distraught. Took it to Anthony for window & mechanism replacement. His team was professional, Anthony himself was very calm & reassuring. Fixed up & back home now, couldn't be more relieved. The man knows his stuff.

I reached out to Anthony Volk to replace the windshield on my 2023 Cadillac CT5 after it suddenly broke. I’ve used other companies in the past and nobody reassured me of the process and that everything would be back to normal as much as they did. They used a an OEM windshield and nothing needed reset or recalibrated. The office manager Patti was amazing to deal with and handled everything for me. They were quick, attentive and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Even inspection stickers were transferred and saved me a trip to the dealership. I’m OCD about almost everything and they exceeded my expectations. I live in Lancaster and will travel there anytime I need work done in the future. Customer for life.

2021 Tesla Model 3. Tesla was no help replacing my glass except telling me to go to Anthony. He went and picked up the OEM glass and installed within a week. Very knowledgeable and meticulous with his installation. Staff is very friendly also. Highly recommend.
