Jarrett was great. He was able to supply me with the phone I had been looking for. He made the transition to the new iPhone 15+ an easy experience. He was patient and kind with my inexperience with the new features. He was able to switch my old phone to my mother’s # seamlessly.

WORST at&t store i’ve ever been to!!! Would rate 0 stars if I could. Went in to buy a new phone and left with my same phone not even able to be used. 4 days later still no new phone. Took over 5 hours in store and 6+ on the phone/apple store to not even fully fix the mistakes made. Workers are left with no manager on duty and did not seemed concerned to alert anyone of power to reach out. They also ordered a new phone to the wrong address. Had to figure out on my own how to fix that problem. No reparations have been given or mentioned. No one cares to want to make this right. All errors (SEVERAL errors) were answered with an “i’m sorry i can’t help you” and once again on my own to figure out the mess caused. Actually comical how much one store could mess up. Only go here if you want no help and an experience from hell. I’m absolutely distraught with the service I received.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. Have never been treated so poorly as a customer before. Will never give this store my business again and personally rethinking my plan with AT&T overall.

my family has been with this company for over 20 years and this store does not care about loyal customers. They completely messed up my sisters phone as she was trying to upgrade. They did everything wrong. Broke her old phone and was unable to give her a new one until one came in the mail. She was left phoneless for a few days after the incident. She wasn’t giving any compensation. I would recommend going to any other AT&T store or switching to another service provider.

Horrible experience. Wasted 5 hours in the store for a simple upgrade. Long story short, I left without phone being upgraded. In fact the phone I tried to purchase had to be left in the store with my service transferred to it. Spent 2 days without a phone until going to the Apple Store to fix their mess. Incompetent staff and manager. No one able to help, not even interested in helping. In fact they were condescending and dismissive.

A few complications arose with the AT&T team getting in to see my account, but Joe, along with Hakeem made calls to get support involved and got the problems solved. Spent a lot more time on what I was seeking than a normal customer visit but they were patient, professional and very helpful. I did walk out with a new iPhone 15 Pro and the team at East Bradford plaza get high marks from me!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service at this att store. The manager, Josh?, was very pleasant and highly knowledgeable (tech savvy) and was able to solve my problem with smart solution. (eSim added to existing phone so having a separate new US number as I am based in Germany these days). In all it took 15 mins and I was already phoning! Thanks again, Josh!

Josh, the AT&T representative at the East Bradford store, was excellent. I had lost my iPhone 12 and he was able to set me up with a new iPhone 15 and restore all my settings, Aps, and all my contact and security information very fast. Josh turned what started as a stressfull day into a very good day.

I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years with not so great to ok customer service. However, my experience at ALLIANCE MOBILE - PA WEST CHESTER in WEST CHESTER, PA. With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. Thank you Jason G for your attentiveness, knowledge of all product offerings and hospitality that you provided my family with!
