For REAL honest to God friendly service, use AT&T store in West Chester, the ShopRite center (store 1115?) Sean is the best manager and Dex was also awesome. Professional and pleasant. These guys had the patience of saints. I cannot recommend them enough.

Giving 5 stars because of Shaun. He spent probably an hour on the phone with first net to get our account fixed. He got us all sorted out and was super helpful. We’ve had some terrible experiences in AT&T stores in the past but this is experience will keep me coming to this store to get Shaun’s help. Please give that man a raise or something! His customer service is A+++++

I went in to upgrade my phone. Maurice J was excellent, fast and knowledgeable about everything. He helped me upgrade and have my phone in perfect working condition in no time! Thank you for your great customer service!!

We had gone to another local AT&T store to replace my work phone and to purchase a phone for my stepson for Christmas…. The only working associate at thid other store was busy with another customer and we sat there over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or told how much longer we would have to wait… so we decided to just go to another store (West Goshen Location) and couldn’t be happier with how we were greeted and how fast Reese the associate helped us. He answered all of our questions was very personable and had us in and out of there extremely fast. Would highly recommend this location and AT&T should be proud to have this man working at their store!

0 Stars. Have been to this store numerous times since getting service less than a month ago. (at least 9 times + numerous calls to 611) Don't know what they are doing and can never appropriately fix the problems. I will be going to a new carrier tomorrow. Too many carriers out there to stay with one who doesn't care about the customer. Acted like I was the perpetrator instead of the victim of their mistakes!

I traded in my older model IPhone for the newest model yesterday. The young man who waited on me, Nathan, was great. He was welcoming, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I bought my previous phone here a few years back and I was impressed then and was impressed again. I highly recommend this AT&T location.

I just checked it out as I'm thinking about switching phone carriers because Google fi is ridiculously expensive for not even unlimited 5G as that is another twenty dollars .. just sucks I still owe them fvckers money for my dickxil⁵.. lame sauce all damn day boi.. anyway place was clean and the workers actually greeted me when I walked it which was cool and all..

I was told that my trade was worth $350.00 but my trade in receipt stated $85.00 and had the wrong specs for my trade in device. 64 gig vs actual 256 gig.
