My wife and I were looking for a Ford Explorer that was extremely clean and low miles. We drove to Fred beans and spoke to Phil who was in sales. Phil was very patient, professional and knowledgeable of the explorers, he went over in detail on options and what explorers he had in stock for us to look over. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and treated my wife and I very nice. After looking at the explorers, we decided on a beautiful one owner explorer and purchased it that day. The paperwork was very quick and we were out the door quickly. Jack in upper management even emailed me to make sure we were happy with the explorer and to thank me and my wife for the purchase. If you are looking for a new or preowned vehicle, I would definitely stop into Fred Beans Ford in West Chester, nice clean inventory at a great price! Bill and Josie Davis

The service department was awful. We live in NY and our children attend college at Villanova. Their car broke down - clutch broken. Not only did they say it wasn't covered under our extended premium warranty, they said we needed brakes for over $1200 on a 2017 manual FORD Focus to fix the clutch because fluid could have moved from one to the other. The service rep actually said to me that he should speak to my husband cause he may understand clutches better - what is this 1952!!! We were so unhappy that we paid ( at our expense ) to have the car towed over 200 miles to our home dealership in NY State. We didn't want them touching our car. And of course - the clutch did fail and is under warranty and the brakes are 1/2 the cost. This dealership was taking advantage of college students with parents 3 hours away. I spoke with Joey ( service tech ) and Brenden - service manager. We are a 25 year customer of FORD buying over 20 trucks and cars and i have NEVER seen such a dishonest group than what we experienced - so much so that we would rather pay the tow company hundreds of dollars to move our car then have them touch anything. Now that I am reading the reviews, we realize we are not the only ones !!! STAY AWAY from this dealership. I never write bad reviews but I can not sit by and watch this happen and not say anything.

Technically this occurred at the new location in Exton. BEWARE!!!!!! Service department is a complete scam. Aside from terrible customer service they 1) lied about repairs needing to be done 2) failed to repair warranty work they were responsible for. A) PA state inspection. Said vehicle needed new brakes and roters on all 4 wheels. It didn't, took to different service center and it needed nothing to pass inspection.. crooks! B) 4 year old truck purchased new has has sunroof repairs performed by dealer 5 times. Same issue, never worked after being fixed fixed for more than 2 months. Now, dealer says it's going to cost $6,000 to repair the broken frame that they broke. Crooks!!! Never going back and filing complaints with Ford....

We moved to West Chester recently and I had an emergency with my car. I had brought it into Fred Beans once prior but only for a check-up and some new brake pads. They didn't really know me there, but I literally drove in without an appointment at 9 am when I thought something was terribly wrong with my car. Not only did they fix the problem, they replaced the airbags that I had just learned were recalled. For the first issue (leaking brake fluid) they needed a part that they did not have in stock, but they rushed and brought it in. They did both jobs in 5 hours, same day! This meant a lot because I had an appointment in Philadelphia and did not want to cancel it. I got out of the shop in time and my car has run perfectly ever since. I would recommend them anytime and will not go anywhere else for my car. (All with a smile on their faces too - super friendly)!

I was planning to fly for Thanksgiving but with the second Covid wave, I decided last minute to drive. I called around to the national chains, but most of them did not have any vehicles available that close to the holiday. Then I found Autorent WC and Alyssa was great to work with. She got me in a vehicle at a very competitive price with unlimited miles.The transaction was very seamless, and the team went above and beyond with cleanliness and making me feel very comfortable with the covid precautions. This was a great solution for holiday travel.

Fred Beans Ford of West Chester and my salesman Phil were great to work with. They provided fair and transparent pricing and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and never have I experienced the kind of service as I did from Fred Beans - they made me feel that I was a valued customer. I highly recommend them.

Wow, I am seriously impressed how dishonest the service dept is here. I have had my car serviced here before so they have my VIN. I need a new catalytic converter on my 2012 Ford Edge. My car was delivered 12/05/2011 and its emissions warranty will expire on 12/05/2019 (8 years). I called to make an appointment. The service department would not schedule me until 12/09/2019. That is after my emissions warranty would expire. I scheduled service elsewhere. Can you believe there was no service appointment available until after my warranty expires? No, just simply dishonest...

I perrsonally had a good experience. I walked in after going to another local Ford dealer. I knew what I wanted & I had my numbers ready. I saw Dave Vrencurat at his desk and we stated a conversation. After I told him what I wanted, he said that car there has exactly what you want as far as features and price. Dave was spot on. I met the Sales Manager Dave McNabb (no relation) and he was as nice a Sales Manager as you will find. It does help with the overall experiece. I received a good price on the car and I had a professional experience. I pick up my new Mustang tomorrow. Boys, make sure it is shined up.

I rent the car many time before in this location never hade e problem , but this time was different story ,the manager in west Chester location she is very unprofessional first of thing I called and made e reservation next day I go there she don't even have my name anywhere ,she all remembered she talked to me in the phone so we had to start all over again, than I got the keys Saturday but did not take the car until sunday , when I turn on the car the tank supposed to be completely full ,but was missing about 3 to 4 gallons and I said is ok when I get back I filled it just like that and I did , next thing I know when I see my credit card I got charged more than $ 30 because I did not fill the tank all the way to the top , and that Alyssa Collon she is the manager the one just stole all that money from the costumer, so just for anybody they have to rent there watch her she don't scam you like she did in my case
