I absolutely love Bebe Nails. I’ve tried so many places in and around the area, as well as in Philly and Bebe Nails has by far provided the best experience, service and quality with being long lasting for pedicures and dip or acrylic nails. Annie and Daniel are great, I highly recommend!

I had a French tip dip manicure and a gel pedicure
My French tip manicure was pretty however, two of my nail tops fell off within six days.
My toes were pale when I left, I had asked about it, they faded within a few days.
I had been there before and loved it however, I’m extremely disappointed.

Love this place! Today was my second visit. Both times I got a dip manicure with Annie, along with an eyebrow wax. My mom and I go together, and my mom typically gets a pedicure and eyebrow wax. They are quick, friendly and do a great job! Annie is always so sweet. My manicure lasts easily 3-4 weeks. Definitely would recommend!

i’ve been going to this place for a few months and usually had good experience but today was terrible. the lady made my nails too short and all uneven, they look horrendous. they are also painted very sloppily like she barely tried. she cut my skin on every finger and they are all bleeding and hurting. terrible experience today i will not be back! my nails look horrible and i spent $50 :/

Not terrible, but also not good. The place really needs updating. At least 2 of the pedicure chairs were broken. The massage function made a terrible noise, so the nail tech turned it off for myself and one other customer. There were people sitting in the other two chairs with the massage off, which leads me to think none of the chairs worked properly.
I made a 12pm appointment but wasn’t actually seen by a tech until 12:30pm. There were a lot of mother / daughter pairs waiting for nails as well. I don’t think they actually honor appointments, as they were taking walk-ins.
The place seemed clean but they didn’t use any liners in the pedicure bowls. I also didn’t see where my nail tech got her tools from, and if they were sterile.
I had a difficult time relaxing since the massage chair wasn’t working. The place also has the overwhelming fumes from acrylics and dip powders. There was a TV in the corner playing on low volume.
My feet look fine. I didn’t get cut or anything. The woman painting my nails (not Annie) had a very hard time with the French manicure line. She redid my toes multiple times, wiping off the white and then going over the nude (non-gel) polish again. Now that they are dry, I can see where she was wiping the polish off. The white lines are okay from far away, but they aren’t clean & crisp up close.
I paid $50 for a spa pedicure & $7 up charge for non-gel French manicure polish. After tip it was $70 total. They only accept cash & their ATM has a service charge.

I absolutely adore this place. I love everyone who works here and I love to come and get pampered here. Annie and Mary did a beautiful job today on my nails and they always ask how I’m doing and take their time with me. I did a walk in and they were extremely attentive and communicative with me. I will be back here right before I go off to college again !
Cleanliness: They clean all the materials right after they finish with a client and it looks so nice

I will start off that the employees here are very nice. However the moment I walked in for my appointment, I immediately wanted to leave. The store is very outdated looking. Right away they had me sit in a pedicure spa chair. I haven’t seen any nail business in recent years not use the bag liners in pedicure chairs so I was already a bit concerned with what bacteria I was potentially putting my foot into. I sat waiting for about 10 min. They ran the water but never put any soaks or anything into the water for the pedicure. I thought that too was odd but tried to keep a positive outlook. The lady doing the pedicure seemed to struggle paining my toes and had to redo the two big toes a few times. She also cut my cuticles and two hangnails (that I’m not sure were actually hangnails at all) because the skin next to my two big toes is now hurting and extremely sensitive.
For my hands I did a dip powder and cut my nails shorter. The lady went so close to the cuticles and poked me under my nails with hers nails that there were several times I was hurting and pulling back and she didn’t even respond.
I do not have sensitive cuticles , but neither woman on my feet or my hands was gentle. This morning several of my finger nails and both my big toes are in pain. I have never experienced this before and I get my nails done every two weeks. I just moved to the area so I went here. However, I will not be returning here. Your toes and nails should not be hurting and raw after a mani and pedi. No thank you.

I had my second gel manicure appointment with Annie today. Annie is lovely - attentive and helpful. It had been a few weeks since my last in-salon service, so my nails and cuticles needed some TLC. This time as in my previous service with her, Annie's attention to my nails and cuticles was exemplary. I am so pleased with the time in the chair and the finished product. Thank you, Annie and Bebe Nails.

I have been going here for a several months now and they have always been friendly communicate with their customers. They even remembered my name after the first visit which made me feel pretty good lol. Annie did my nails for Christmas and I love love love the work she did.
Mary gives the best pedicures. She takes her time and her massages.....aaaaaah!!!!
