Philip takes the time to understand my specific needs, he ensures appointments are convenient and makes sure everything is OK. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence sets Brandywine Valley apart from other service providers. The technicians are equally impressive. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with Kylee. Kylee is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. She approached the job with a level of professionalism and skill that gave me complete confidence that the work would be done correctly, and it was, as always. I have lived in my home for 50 years and Brandywine Valley Heating and AC has been my HVAC company for over half that time. Eric was the technician for a recent service issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and explained in understandable detail what the problem was and what he was doing to address it. I could not be more satisfied with the service Brandywine Valley continues to provide.

We had a leak in our hot water tank while we were out of town. Brian got there within hours and secured the site. We had a new tank installed in two days before we even got home.

Excellent service from Rick at Brandywine Valley! Of course the a/c decided to have a problem during a heat wave but Brandywine was able to help us out almost immediately and with great service. Rick is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great service … highly recommend!! Thank you so much!
