LOVE THIS SALON. Everyone is very nice & the salon is adorable. I've been going there for years now, my husband & I always get our hair done by Erin. She's a great stylist and gives awesome hair care advice. the other staff are just as awesome. Highly recommended

I called Cappella's Studio on Saturday (3/30) morning and asked for prices (very affordable) and times and gave a description of what I wanted. It was my first time getting my haircut at a different salon so I was kind of nervous. I was greeted politely and given the information I asked for and was able to come in for an appointment that same day. I had my appointment with Christina, and she did an amazing job with my hair. I was able to go to my boss' wedding with my hair the way I wanted it. A plus was that the entire staff there were really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning there in the future!

Listen ladies. If you are looking for a new stylist, just ask for Erin. I was given her name based on a recommendation from a friend who always has beautiful hair. Erin has years of experience and talent. She is also really easy to talk to and genuinely friendly and down to earth. She is one of those people you instantly like. And most importantly she KNOWS hair and can get yours looking its best. I'm lucky I live near this salon, but Erin is the type of stylist who is worth travelling for.

I have been to Cappella's salon three times now and had Christina as my stylist. Each time I left extremely satisfied and refreshed. She is awesome with highlights and gives a beautiful cut. I recommend making an appointment with Christina today!

I won't go anywhere else to get my hair cut! Erin has been doing my hair for years. Even though I now live in Delco, I will still come out to West Chester so she can make me look super sassy. Erin really takes the time to listen to what you want, and gives you her honest opinion about how to make that happen. We've done so many different things to my hair- she isn't afraid to try something bold if that's what you want. Erin and I found the perfect shade of hot pink for my hair when I was still in college, but now that I'm in the working world we've gone back to my roots, no pun intended. JK I totally intended the pun. But it doesn't matter if you want crazy colour or a conservative cut, all the stylists here know hair and they know how to make their clients look and feel their best.

I looked at salons online for weeks before going to Cappella's for the first time, as I am new to the area. I went in for a new style and left crying. My stylist was skeptical after she was done which didn't help the way I felt about it. I have since gotten used to it, but was overall disappointed.
I also don't think anyone should have to pay $15 extra for hair straightening when the cut is already $40. It lasts one day, and with hair like mine, you cannot style it without straightening. If I wouldn't said no to paying the extra fee I would've walked out having no idea whether my new hair cut looked good or not.
I will not be returning.
