If I could give Classic Coachwork 10 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the craftsmanship was truly impeccable. My car was returned to me cleaner than the day I bought it, and every detail inside was left exactly as I had dropped it off—thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous in every way.
The customer service alone deserves its own standing ovation. I’m originally from Brooklyn and relocated here a few years ago, and the moment I walked through the door, I felt instantly at home. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. They put me completely at ease, reassuring me that my vehicle was in the best possible hands—and they absolutely delivered on that promise.
When I came to pick up my car, the owner personally took the time to walk through everything with me and made sure I was 100% happy before I even thought about paying. That level of care, pride, and integrity is rare these days.
Classic Coachwork doesn’t just repair cars—they build trust, relationships, and an experience you won’t forget. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will absolutely be a customer for life.

I have used Classic Coachwork in the past for both small dents(Civic) and comprehensive bodywork(Grand Cherokee). Each time my vehicle has been returned within expected timeline and looking like new again. The service team has also gone above and beyond just recently when I stopped by to have them look at my rear bumper that appeared dented(BMW X3). They were able to “pop” it back into place and ensure no paint damage was done…free of charge!! I hope I don’t need to use them in the future, but should my vehicle need body repairs, this is the only shop I trust it to. Thanks guys!

Hi, just wanted to share the fantastic customer service and generosity experience I recently had at Classic Coachwork in West Chester, PA. I recently bought a brand new Mercedes GLS 580 which within a few days got broadsided (please see attached picture) while in a parked position in a Philly parking garage. Insurance company told me I could take the car to any body shop of my choice. I decided to take it to Classic Coachwork and I wasn't disappointed. I didn't do a prior appointment, just walked in one morning and they still checked out the damage. The manager (I wish I wrote down his name) tried to push the panel in and was successful in getting one of them into the bracket. He got hold of a technician to put the second panel in as well. When I asked him how much I owed, he said NOTHING and have a Merry Christmas. I was stunned as you don't expect these sorts of kindness anymore. I thanked the gentleman and told him will give a review online. So, here it is and I hope this anecdote helps people choose Classic Coachwork when they need to fix their cars. Thanks, Kallol.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have had a good amount of body work done on my carsover the years, and With our question , these guys are the most professional, most trustworthy, most skilled, and nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter is 16 years old and just got her first car, and within two weeks was hit in her High School parking lot. I brought it into Classic Coachwork West Chester, and I just wanted to say they did an excellent job of fixing the car in a timely manner, dealing with the insurance companies, and even detailing the car (which was better that what we pay to have done) before returning it. They have very friendly staff that walks you through everything you need to know and are happy to answer any questions. Our car is a 2023 SUV and the cost was much less that we anticipated! Also, there is an Enterprise Car Rental in the same parking lot so it's very convenient for drop off and pick up and you don't need a second driver to take you to and from. I highly recommend CCWWC to anyone!! In fact, my family and friends all also use them when needed and have all had the same great experiences.

Classic Coachwork in West Chester is truly top-notch. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail shown by the entire team. The experience from start to finish was seamless and exceeded all expectations.
The gentlemen here are not only courteous and knowledgeable, but also clearly take immense pride in their work. Their customer service is impeccable, genuine, respectful, and attentive in every interaction.
As for the craftsmanship it’s simply outstanding. The bodywork done on my vehicle left me genuinely amazed. I didn’t think it was possible for the damage to be repaired so flawlessly. My car looks like new again, and I couldn’t be happier.

Classic Coachworks did an incredible job repairing my Jeep Wrangler! The quality of the work was top-notch, and they went above and beyond in terms of professionalism and service.
