Friendly, efficient and happy staff I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked through the door until I drove away in my new vehicle.

Drove from Maryland to buy a 07 Volvo XC70 earlier this year. I was very nervous because I have had negative experiences with small auto dealers in the past. They were pleasant to work with and the car was exactly what I expected. They allowed for a pre-purchase inspection and fixed the one small issue that was discovered. Since then, I've had to replace the tires and the starter but for a 16 year old car with 150k miles I can't complain. It's ran well and recently passed a multi-point inspection. Can't wait to use the car for ski season!

BEWARE ! must do your research about a 2009 Hyundai Genesis from them. It worked good for about a month and I’ve had it for about seven now and every other month since the first one has been nothing but major problems. It was first the pedal sensor next was the throttlebody and no later than a month later the fuel pump went out. Not to mention I bought the car way over market value and had to put another four grand at least into the car. It’s still it’s giving me nothing but problems I haven’t been able to drive it a month or two without having a check engine, light or something wrong with it. I have a feeling that I was sold a lemon. customer service was not too bad but I would highly advise Anyone buying a car here to do the research on the car before buying it.

Purchased a vw from here a few weeks ago and I had a great experience! Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars there. They were able to answer and questions I had about the vehicles we looked at. They printed a car fax report for my vehicle before I purchased, so I was able to see the cars history. I’m not sure if it is family owned but, it had that sort of ambiance. It wasn’t like some of the other used car dealers I have gone to. I could tell this dealer cares about their customers and isn’t just out to make a quick buck. They were also very fair with negotiation. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle!

My wife and I have purchased a number of cars of the years. Super happy with all of them. We would purchase again and recommend the dealership.

Used car dealership. Enough said. Can't complain because it is a used car dealership. You must do your research and understand what you want. I was shopping for an Audi. Found a beautiful one on their lot however when I test drove the car the engine light came on. I was able to negotiate the price to bring down the cost BUT I still would have had to pay for half of the repair cost. Hummm.. That's just not how I wanted to do business. I prefer to buy a used car that doesn't need immediate repairs before I even buy the car. No complaints about the customer service but Coast to Coast wasn't the place for me. I needed a car that I could drive immediately without issues and with a warranty. Its risky buying a used car from small dealership however do your research 1st.

"Don't bother coming in!!!" - Russ(owner) As I live and work down in West Chester I was excited to support local business, so when I saw Coast to Coast on my car search I was eager to see what they had to offer. However, I never got a chance to look at his cars. I set up a test drive, but was delayed by work. Exactly 7 minutes after our scheduled time, while I was still at work, I received an irritated call from Russ. Our call was brief. He asked if I was "ever gonna show up" for our appointment. I informed him, no, I wouldn't be able to make it there today. Before I could say another word, to explain and apologize or try to reschedule, Russ exclaimed "Yeah?! Then Don't bother coming in at all!!!" and hung up on me.Russ, I understand your time is valuable and never aimed to waste it. I truly hope you can reclaim those 7 minutes of your time I squandered. For as we all know time is a terrible thing to waste.Thank you for your sage advice as well. I didn't bother coming in, but instead called your neighbors down the street, who were happy to reschedule my test drive for the same day, and gave me a great deal on the same car in a newer year and color I wanted!Since your advice was so effective I wanted to share it once more with all your potential customers,"Don't bother coming in!!!"(owner)

Never buy a car from here. I got completely ripped off. The car didn’t last 1 year.

Per THEIR website " Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and superior customer service". Our experience here would suggest that the 'knowledgeable staff' and 'superior customer service' portion are silent for the most part.My s/o and I called to make an appointment to see one of the cars in stock. When we arrived, the “gentleman” who “serviced” us spoke in a VERY rude, condescending manner and did not even greet us nonetheless. Basically, he didn’t make an attempt to be professional during this whole encounter and always had a snarky comment. Bad day? Or was it something else out of our control? Anyways, he seemed bothered & gave the immediate impression that he wanted us off the lot for whatever reason (mind you, we were only < 5 mins in the lot). After we both test rode the car, it was time to negotiate pricing, as I imagine most auto shops would participate in, but of course he rudely walked away with no attempt of wanting to talk things out or to meet anywhere in the middle, you know, as one of the duties of a car DEALER. My s/o throws out a number for the car based on it's price point listing online to start off then the man abruptly snatches his business card away from my s/o and says “have a nice day” and "to not waste his time." ZERO negotiation from his part. There was no hostility or disrespect coming from my s/o the entire time to prompt such unprofessional gestures. Also had a friend on Facetime during this whole ordeal and heard everything. They've also agreed that this man was extremely rude. Several red flags the moment we stepped foot on the lot. Fantastic car, but horrid experience. Would not put any money forward to support such an establishment. We'll stick to actual dealerships where we'll feel welcomed, thanks.*UPDATE: fiction ? The disrespect from you was heard from three separate people- very unlikely that it was fiction. My s/o gave out that first offer because that number was based off of a price range from the websites Car Guru and True Car under YOUR listing as a reference point. Don’t take out your pissy attitude on us - take it out on those websites who determined the price range value of your car. And btw, we found a much better dealer and even closed a deal with them- no unwarranted hostility or hassle. Glad we didn’t settle. Have a nice one. *

Family-owned, and definitely not your usual used-car salesmen. Real people who were super accommodating, patient, and no pressure to buy. I researched the car first on Cargurus, and found it to be exactly as represented when I got there. Drove my new car home that day, love it, and would recommend Coast-to-Coast to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle from Coast to Coast Auto. It ended up having some mechanical issues. I sent a list of repairs to Coast to Coast Auto, and they agreed to make all listed repairs I requested without protest. Good People.

At the end of May, my son purchased a 2007 Volvo S40. We suggested he get it checked out, but at 21 he was in a hurry for a new car. Within 2 days of the transaction the car dashboard was displaying transmission error codes. I contacted the owner of Coast to Coast and he was baffled because they actually drove this car around for a while and had no problems. However, he told me to take it to his repair shop, DARE Automotive in West Chester. The car spent over a week there while they worked on it and then my son got the car back. Coast to Coast covered this charge. Unfortunately, within 36 hours different transmission codes were coming up. My son took the car back to the same shop where it remained for 3 weeks. The conclusion was that the repair they did initially did not "take" and a new transmission was needed. They ordered a low mileage transmission and swapped out modules etc. Coast to Coast covered this entire repair. My son got his car back a few days ago and hopefully there are no more problems. I find it odd that an 80K Volvo had such a problem to be honest. But it is what it is. Looking over past reviews this company seems to get either really good or really bad reviews. A common thread seems to be problems with the vehicles. Our experience is that when a vehicle has a problem soon after purchase, the company will work with you to get it straightened out. If you don't give them a chance, then don't write a poor review. It has been a long process, but hopefully there are no more problems. Thank you Coast to Coast for working with us towards this solution.

Very nice car and was in good condition we were told impeccable condition. Car low battery light came on on my way home from buying it, but the owner paid for 1/2 of the battery when I told him after having it only for a week that that was kindof ridiculous. Then, found rain coming in from my windshield (must have not been put on right). Then found out bad alternator. We had to get that done. Now, recently had an oil change and oil light came on red to change. I was told there was no oil at all. We have no idea, but it is just one issue after the other non stop. Tried to call him to tell about the information and the conversation didn't go well. I would recommend going somewhere where people know more about their cars condition. I have never had this many problems with a car before. The only positives were in the beginning he was nice and was willing to pay for half of the battery.
