Drove 3+ hours for a truck, and it was exactly as advertised. Had emailed them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and to my surprise had an email back within an hour. Was a very low/no pressure sale, was given the keys and the freedom to dig around the vehicle without a salesman over my shoulder. Was given a test drive with no hassle at all. Was given a fair offer for my less than perfect trade in. Honestly, not much more you can hope for when buying a used vehicle. Bonus, it comes with a 90 day nationwide powertrain warranty, so me being from a different state is a non-issue IF something goes wrong. Will update if anything goes south, but highly recommend.

Crossroads auto sale might be the best used car dealer east of the Mississippi. The service was top-notch from start to finish- friendly, professional, and no pressure. The staff took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of the phenomenal service they went above and beyond to service the car and make it feel like new. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I purchased my 2014 Subaru Forester in November of 2023 for $13,000. I am a person who takes car of my car and keeps up on maintenance. Within 6 months of having the car I put $3000 in with engine work and shortly after another $2500 in transmission work and that was with the Subaru dealer. I also took it to my regular mechanic I’ve been with for several years for $2000 for suspension issues and was told by my mechanic it looks like it sat in water or was in a flood.
NOW I am a year and a half in with about $8000 of work put in on the car and I am still having problems.. not to mention I still owe $11,000 on my car!!!!!
I really was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point it has become very unfair and unethical and I wanted to make them and future customers aware!!! I am furious and exhausted with this car at this point!!! I am a hard working woman and I feel like I was taken advantage of at this point!!! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!!!!!

I would get them less than one star if I could. Bought a car with holes in the entire exhaust system. Check engine lights came on days after buying the car. Spent thousands trying to get that fixed with no results. The sun frame has holes and is rusted beyond belief. CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!

Crossroads auto sales was AMAZING! They had the vehicle we were looking for, we test drove it, addressed any concerns we had, and next thing we knew we were driving it home! My experience with Crossroads Auto Sales was OUTSTANDING!! They drove to my house so I wouldn't get lost, like the last two times I tried. Every one I dealt with was superb, especially Dante. He has to be one of the best People I have ever met.
