Just went to three CVS stores, trying to find a simple item they were all out of. At the last store (Boot Road, West Chester) I was looking for the item, (talking to an elderly woman who also couldn’t find what she needed), and deciding it was a futile effort, walked three steps to the prescription counter to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend. Mind you, no one else was in the store, much less at that counter. A young lady started to help me and was told by the B in charge to shut the window. I can come back in 20 minutes. It was exactly 1:30. I could have picked up and been gone in 30 seconds. Worst customer service ever. The manager should be ashamed.

Dear CVS Management,
Stop making things difficult and inconvenient for your customers and in store staff!!! If an item in the store costs $13.99, and the same item costs $12.49 online, LET YOUR EMPLOYEES PRICE MATCH!! It seems like such a simple idea. If I am already in the store, I should get the lower price, especially since you give the option for 1-hour store pickup. Instead, today I had to pay for an item, and select store pickup while I was already in the store holding the item I wanted?♂️.

Me and my friend went to get contact solution for her eyes at 8:30. This purple haired girl CLOSED THE STORE AT 8:30. And then proceeded to wave us away while giving us a stank look. The store doesn't close until 10. We are angry.

Haven’t met one nice and friendly person that works in the pharmacy. Every person in the pharmacy is miserable and not friendly. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Called to confirm that vaccination is in stock and that we could walk-in next day. Walked-in next day to be told that walk-ins are not possible and that we need to do an online appointment. Asked if we could do that right there on the spot - “No, we need to order the vaccines first”. Shambolic.

Great branch. Just moved here and switched to this CVS. The pharmacy tech was very helpful, figuring out how to get things done, and found me a coupon that saved me almost half in the process. I don’t usually use brick and mortar drug stores anymore, but this was a good experience.

Always had 90 day supply for med. After years I went to pick up a supply of only 30 days and the pharm rep convinced me my insurance would only allow 30 day. Come to find out they had me paying same amount for 30 day that I paid for 90 day and the entire time my prescribing Dr and insurance all allowed for 90 day fill. PLEASE understand what your coverage is and allowance as you could be overpaying! Unfortunate to know that one part of job is being detail oriented in ensuring correct scripts and amount of medication in every script but the insurance part is either unknown, fully looked over, or I hate to say it taken advantage of. Changed to different pharmacy that not only recognized my 90 day fill but also changed me less than I’ve ever paid as CVS. Thanks for nothing! Also work in healthcare. Super disappointed as I joe how much grief and time we spend on insurance in our office. I will say this has not always been my experience as we have used this pharmacy since I was a child. Recently it’s not even the same place

Do not use this pharmacy for vaccines!My father in law made appt for Covid, checked in at desk, told to sit and wait (no one else waiting)… 20min later after appt time, went back and asked for help. The pharmacist begrudgingly came around, but when asked why the wait and poor customer service, he DECLINED to provide the vaccine and went back behind his counter. So much for commitment to healthcare!

Holy cow! I want to talk to the pharmacy! First call on hold for 15 minutes. 2nd call 5 min so far. Wtf? I have a question!!!! I ended up over three different calls being on hold for 32 minutes. When I went the prescription was not filled. They did fill it quickly tho. A little over ten minutes. But still. Over half hour on hold!! This is ridiculous Not recommended

I had a script sent to this pharmacy after another was sent to a different CVS. I was told I could not fill it here, as there was a pending claim at the other CVS. I work in healthcare and know you can transfer scripts between pharmacies. I drove to the other CVS, and was told the same thing I already know. The pharm tech needs further training to become aware that this can be done with a phone call. Or if she knew this, she needs more compassion for customers and take the time to make a phone call. When I asked what the cash rate was for the medication, she also exaggerated the cost significantly. This ruined my evening when I was already feeling sick. I have never been treated this badly at a pharmacy.
