Worst experience with pharmacy. The female pharmacist we dealt with other the phone was short and rude in the conversation. She also lied about being able to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This location 1351 Wilmington Pike. At least answers the phone and was helpful. The store at1200 Wilmington Pike left me ringing for over 25 min till i hung up.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The amount of attitude I got from multiple people at the pharmacy astounds me. Based on what I've read in the other reviews, there seems to be a theme here.I needed a prescription filled and, very long story short, was told myriad explanations as to why each time I went to pick it up it wasn't available: they don't know what the medication is, they never received the script, someone else picked up my prescription, they took this medication off the market, they threw away my script before I picked it up, and- the final explanation I got- this was actually medication that, while still needing a script, could be picked up over the counter (? which still makes no sense to me). I had to call and drive to CVS multiple times to get all these answers, as well as call my doctor only to have them confirm they sent the script and therefore be as equally confused as I was. I eventually got a medication that I still don't even know for sure if it's what my doctor prescribed.There are no communication skills present at this pharmacy and instead of information being simply explained, I received nothing but short, confusing answers heavily doused in thick attitude. Even this level of incompetence could be overlooked if the employees were patient, communicative, and apologetic for the extreme inconvenience, however I received none of that, only rudeness instead.

My wife and I had a Covid Vaccination scheduled for this morning. We went in to the Pharmacy to be informed that all their Covid vaccines were expired and they were not administering any more till after the new vaccine comes out at the end of the month. So they let me schedule our appointment, show up and then the young girl at the counter gave us attitude when she explained the situation. Then at 10:03 I get the email and text informing me my 10:00 appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Obviously the circumstances were foreseeable and she should have cancelled the appointment long before we arrived. At least she should have skipped the attitude and apologized for wasting our morning.

Warning: The pharmacy hours they show on their website and on Google are incorrect. A pharmacy that closes at 6pm doesn't help those who still physically go to an office to work and don't get home until after 6pm.
