I loved the dollar tree, but i feel hated by a specific staff member every-time i come to this one Dollar Tree to the point where i don’t want to go in anymore. I have been nothing but nice, yet i feel very uncomfortable everytime i go in. Not fair

The older woman with grey curly hair is rude and aggressive. I have encountered her many times in the store and it’s always the same attitude. Today she was loudly complaining (in front of a line of 8 customers) how her colleague had closed his drawer early. For some customers she’s all ‘hun this and hun that’ but for others (including myself) she is downright rude. I get it, Dollar Tree is probably not the best place to work but if you don’t like it and you can’t exhibit some form of customer service, go and work somewhere that you don’t have to interact with other humans! This store is also always in disarray and not that clean either. The shelves are not kept stocked and if there had been a manager available today I would have voiced my concerns. I also want to point out that the younger guy and the other guy, (older with long hair) that work there are always pleasant and helpful, she needs to learn some customer service skills from them!

Skip is always nice and pleasant.The young girl cashier with the dark hair Kayleen is rude. She loudly sighed when I came to check out like I was inconveniencing her while she sat there at the register. She aggressively threw the bags as she “handed” them to me. She said the F word multiple times in front of my child. She’s very unpleasant.

Positive...Jeremy is Very Nice so are all the other employees . Negative...Except that Older Lady she has a nasty attitude her tone is horrible & very rude& only nice to certain people. She does not need to work there if she's that miserable. Customer service is so important,there are alot of people going thru things in life . I will be contacting Corporate it's been more than once she has been rude I'm tired of her she needs to go!!!

A well organized clean store. Always love grabbing cards, little crafting things, and odds and ends, nice Holiday selection. Manager is awesome and so is staff! Thank you all.

Every time I come here they don't have what I need. Store is dirty with product in middle of the aisles, except the product I need of course. Staff seems to have a lot of issues with each other, more than once I've walked in on the middle of loud workplace gossip. Won't be bothering to try here again.
