Faulkner has been a trusted name in this community since I was a child, but I have never before been a GM customer. When it was time to replace my RAM 1500, I looked at many options, but it ended up being the people at Faulkner that made me decide to purchase my new Sierra 1500 Denali. Adam and John worked closely with me, they answered all my questions and worked hard to put me at ease. They made the buying process easy, and I will be sure to return when the time comes again for a new truck.

I made an appointment for my (complimentary) while you wait, first oil / filter change & tire rotation. Three hours later, my truck was ready. The best part was they didn't even wash it like the bragged about doing to every car threw their service department when I was purchasing my truck there 3 months ago. Huh, it must have slipped their mind.

They never checked my truck, they just told me to take it and then they told me come get it because we can't check it, and that was discrimination because I'm Hispanic, and I asked to speak to the manager and to this day I'm still waiting for the call. worst place to shop...
