Our car battery died a few days ago but fortunately we were able to jump start it and get home. The next morning we again had to jump start the car and drove to have John replace the battery with one with a five year replacement warranty. John also took the car for a ride to feel breaking and what I felt was drag when stepping off the gas. John’s brief ride provided reassurances to us that the car was safe. We are (happily) new customers.

I’ve been a customer of Francis Automotive for over ten years, the following is just one example of why I stay.
I brought my car in to replace a headlight, but John informed me that my tires were nearly bald and I needed new brakes. The following day I was driving up rte 100 (between 202 and 30 bypass) in a heavy rain when a car in front of me hydroplaned out of control. The car bounced off the concrete median in the middle of the highway, then back across both lanes of traffic and the shoulder before eventually going off the road. I was able to keep my car under control and avoid potential disaster, which I don’t think would have happened on nearly bald tires and bad brakes. Thank you, John and team.
(fyi…I pulled over and called 911 but didn’t approach the vehicle because I did that in the past and I wasn’t prepared for what I saw, luckily by some miracle the other driver was uninjured)
