The most crooked dealership I've ever expected in my life..they do not stand by their used vehicles..I had nothing but problems with my 52000 dollar truck since day 1..do not trust these people.

We have now bought 3 cars from this garage and generally the service has been good. We do only usually get noticed when we want a new vehicle rather than being a loyal customer and getting updated from time to time. This is sale tho so I understand. I guess that’s where is differs from the premium motors. Collection of a new vehicle is also very basic and no special handover which is a let down in this culture of social media

I have a poor first impression of the service department. When I bought the car I was told the first oil change was free. I was billed for the first oil change although they did credit it back when I brought it to their attention. In addition to the oil change I asked them to check an additional problem. The service writer did not review the result with me until I asked about it. In my prior experience with Ford dealerships I am used to the service writer reviewing what was done with the car and asking if I had any questions or concerns. That did not happen at Fred Beans West Chester. It was not a good first impression.

So I brought a ford escape last year in September, the sales man DAVE was really great with me, 2 months after the battery dies, so I ended up and call my insurance towing service to give me a jump, upon his service he mentioned too me that the battery inside my jeep is incorrect/wrong and cannot push the engine of my jeep. That same day I had an appointment with them I mentioned it and they replaced it and apologize.. My 2nd incident I want to service my jeep again , And the guy is telling me that the mechanic highly Recommend me to change my 2 front tires because they are rotten . Altogether the total would have been $400 more .. I ended up only paying for the oil change and the service even though the oil change Should have been free because It was a part of my deal from Dave the salesman *free oil change * .. I went ahead and go to a different tire outlet to change the 2 front tiers that they said wanted to be changed the guys at the tires shop said to me my ties are OK they are brand new tires why am I gonna change them.. the moral of the story is Basically they was trying to rip me off trying to get money out of me...shameful..

I had to bring my escape back for a recall. The entire experience was seamless easy and they were in constant contact to let me know other things they were finding and scheduling those things out. I'll go back now when it's time to trade in my Ford. Having service like this is a clear way for repeat business for this brand.

If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend Fred Beans Ford of West Chester and salesman Greg Campbell. I generally find car shopping stressful, but not so with Greg. He is a consummate professional as well as a genuinely nice person to deal with. The whole process was made easy for us and the dealership was accommodating to our needs. We are very happy with our Ford Escape.

My wife and I just bought a beautiful Bronco from this dealership, and it was the best car purchasing experience of our lives. From the very beginning, sales professional Brian Houck was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to our needs. Not only did we get a fantastic car for a great price, but we've finally found a trustworthy car salesman from whom we intend to purchase again and again. Highest recommendation.

The sales person who sold the car was polite other than that1- my fault for not checking out the car completely, now after a month I bought the car I see a few issues I should have checked before purchase. For that I am guilty but I don't know how honest their "ford certified" is accurate.2- car tires looks like after the tint they do the car looks even newer came out and I could see tires issues, ( they fixed )3- lost my car plate because they were did not tied enough, ( had to buy a new one)4- I had an alert from one of the car exhaust emission sensors ( they fixed )5- I barely drove the car and I see a small Crack on the windshield that it's bigger now, ( I will have to fix it )6 - my last visit I have a tire pressure issue, I was told there is nothing wrong with it - although the pressure keeps going low, ( will have to fix it as well)I don't know how honest pr accurate the certified is valid for it, and how all this passed on their inspection.Honestly I am very disappointed, I bought car relatively new , I did not expect a lot of issues in a month. But the main person to blame is me, for getting to excited and not fully inspected the car.Disappointed. Buying a car you expect issues will surge but not that much in a month, as a Christian I hate to come in here and point it out a bad review, but I guess that is how you should do it when you have so many issues in a such a short period of time.Lesson learned! I'll try to fix this and buy a new car soon, guess some folks are luck at this location! I was definitely not that lucky here. But you keep wandering how honest everything was done.Definitely it's a NO for me. First and last experience buying a car here.Good lucky everyone.

This is relevant to their service department.I think my favorite review is from Chris P (the assistant manager in the service department); he gives service 5 stars!Speaking of Chris, he was my first experience with Fred Beans Service Department. I had ordered a lighted oval from Ford Accessories and pre-paid for it and the install. I arrived, he was pleasant enough, got me checked in. We had some chuckles. About 30 minutes into the job he said something about how the install was going to be a bit more than originally thought and rattled off a number in $300s. I said, "I've already pre-paid for the install through Ford Accessories." "Oh!" Yeah, oh.At about 2 hours 45 mins into the job, he comes over to say they're missing a harness or a cable and it will take at least 30 mins for the part to arrive. I'm no mechanic, but the first thing I check when I start any assembly job if I have all the pieces. I didn't appreciate that easily avoidable delay. Finally, he comes to let me know the truck is ready, shows me the oval, and then hands me a piece for it and says, "The technician wasn't comfortable gluing this into place, so you'll need to do that at home," and drops a plastic plug into my hand. It's rare I'm stunned into silence or submission, but this was one of those moments.I ordered a Ford part from Ford Accessories, took it to a licensed Ford dealer to have a licensed Ford mechanic install it and they want to send me home with a DIY project because the Ford tech doesn't feel comfortable? I pulled over and called back to explained my position. Chris interrupted me rather sharply and said, "What do you want us to do!?" So just as sharply I said, "I want you to finish the job I paid you do to. I'm not going to be on the hook for plugging some hole in what basically equates to a computer." (I bought an F-150 Lighting) "Fine." So I took it back, and another 45 minutes later. Done. Perfectly. But what a bizarre experience.I got my survey and asked to be contacted by the service manager, no response.Visit two, about a week later, I'm in for a software update - the vehicle stopped connecting with Ford Pass (which is a big deal with the Lightnings). Ford Pass calls the dealership and says this is what you need to do relevant to a software upgrade. When I make the appointment, they ask me to leave it rather than stay with it. Using the progress tracking software they use, it took them about 20 minutes to do the deed, but I was out the use of the truck all day. When I picked it up - the GUI for the in-vehicle display is completely different (no one bothered to mention that going in or coming out) and the issue wasn't fixed. Not that they bothered to check before telling me it was ready to pick up. All they had to do was call me and see if I could connect via my phone. This time, I never got a survey to complete.Vist three, about a week after that, was for mud flaps I had ordered; again through Ford Accessories. Ordered them the same time as the oval and had called F.A. to see if they'd been back ordered. "No, sir. The dealership has had them for days." No one called us. So I call and make that appointment. It's the first time I see Chris since visit 1. He is the assistant manager. He didn't acknowledge my presence in any way. He had no one standing at his station. I was at the station exactly next to him not 3 feet away. What was a missed opportunity to rebuild a damaged customer relationship. And in the end, another weird and not completely satisfying experience.I will say this - Kim (who makes the appointments) and Dom (who was my service writer on visit 3) are great assets. Finally, I had sent the service manager an email the night before visit 3 asking why he never got in touch with me as I'd asked on survey 1. His response attached. I was literally in the waiting room when I he sent it. I see where the culture comes from; the top. As it always does.

Troy in Finance is a great guy. Super kind and goes the extra mile. He made sure I had a full understanding of my options. Shane & Sam both went out if their way to make it a pleasant experience. From offering us coffee & pumpkin cheesecake to reminding me to get my oil changed. I highly suggest Fred Beans Ford West Chester.

My sales rep, Patrick, was very attentive and made the process extremely easy. He helped me every step to ensure I made the right choice for my needs. Great inventory selection and priced well. Added bonus is that my car rental company picked up my rental right from the dealership which helped me avoid having to use an Uber. Would def recommend.

I've now purchased 2 vehicles through Fred Beans West Chester. I couldn't recommend the dealership enough, especially my sales rep - Tim Balch. As a former dealer employee myself, I have high standards for those I work with when purchasing vehicles. The transparency in pricing and ease that they provide when purchasing a vehicle is unparalleled. Thanks for being the exception in a time where most dealerships choose money over customer service.
