Gave Stephen the oldest piece of furniture from my family, a piece made by my great grand father's great grand father in 1785. He restored it to a lovely family heirloom. You can still tell that it is a very old piece, but now it looks like it has been meticulously maintained for generation after generation.

Steven repaired an antique mirror which had fallen to the floor and a whole corner (plaster ) was damaged. He was able to repair it that it looks like the day it was done years ago. Steven is very responsive and incredible restorer.

Had two family heirlooms (a tobacco humidor stand/table and a plant stand), a Victorian side chair, and a newer teak chair that was falling apart. Took them to this establishment. Picked them up today. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcomes. Repairs, stabilization and refinishing done beautifully. Very appreciative!!

So thrilled with the work Steve did with our 4th generation dining room suit. These pieces are now ready to be passed on to our kids.

I had them do a few things for me. Resurface a coffee table, restore some old window seats that had been severely water damaged over the course of a couple of decades (both jobs were beautiful), and refinish an old wooden office chair (which didn't come out so well and if you set anything remotely damp on it, it goes through the polyurethane finish to the wood which says, it needed more top coats).

Had rushing on two chairs repaired. Very disappointed. 1) expensive ($208 per chair) 2) when I picked them up, I was told there was an additional $30+ for supplies - should have been in the quoted price 3) the biggest disappointment was that the chairs did not look good. In particular, the one did not have any cardboard filler (the 2nd one did), so the gaps between strands was very noticeable. The two chairs look totally different, and nowhere near as good as the original. I knew this was not a specialty, but if they couldn't do the job properly, they shouldn't have taken it. Commented on their website, received no reply, so sharing on Yelp.
